The wordmark uses a typeface with thin line widths to complement the light-weight papers in the collection. A large kerning is also employed to make it look more high-end.
The symbol features a paper crane which represents the inspiration from which the collection is derived from - Japanese origami paper. It is also meant to emphasize on the light-weight quality of the papers.

the crane paper The crane paper collection is a range of light-weight and elegant papers targeted at high-end and luxury brands. We aim to give our consumers a first impression of being sophisticated by conveying these qualities of the range through our logo. The paper crane in the logo is derived from the inspiration of this range of papers - classic Japanese origami paper, which carries the same qualities as our papers.

The preferred background colour for our logo is white with the primary colours for the wordmark and symbol. An alternative will be to inverse the background and logo colour. More details on the exact shade of colour to use will be given on the next page. It is not recommended for our logo to be used on other colours or images. It is essential to ensure the visibility of the logo.
