Welcome to the Louisiana State Combined Charitable Campaign!

Now more than ever charities serving our communities need our support. The LA SCCC is an annual fundraising campaign created for State of Louisiana employees paid through the La GOV HCM payroll system. Every fall, employees have the opportunity to contribute to participating non-profit charities who provide much needed health and human services throughout our great state.

Choose charities that are important to you! With 59 participating charities, it is easy to find a cause that is important to you. Please review the list of eligible charities on pages 5 – 8 and consider making a contribution to up to four of the charities.

Help us reach our 2020 campaign goal of doubling employee pledge participation and make your pledge today! Together, employees of the state of Louisiana have raised more than $1.4 million through the LA SCCC since 2014, demonstrating their continued commitment to Giving HOPE to their communities. Employees have the option to contribute through the convenience of payroll deduction or make a one-time, full-paid gift.

FAQs:

Can I give to multiple charities?

Yes, at least one designation is required and you can designate to up to four of the approved 2020 LA SCCC charities (see pages 5 - 8).

When does my payroll donation start?

Your payroll deducted contribution made during the 2020 LA SCCC will begin January 2021 and continue through the last pay period in December 2021.

Why isn't my preferred charity on the 2020 list?

Annually, all health and human service non-profit agencies, registered in good standing with the state, are eligible to apply to be a part of the LA SCCC. It is to the discretion of the charitable organizations as to whether they want to apply and some organizations may have applied and not met all of the requirements.

How do charities use funds received from the LA SCCC? Charities use all donations received from the LA SCCC to provide services and benefits to the citizens of Louisiana.
