MAFI is a EN 1090 certified organization, which means that our CE-marked kits comply with EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2 standards to Execution Class 2. During the product development process, every component is designed and optimized using Finite Element Analysis techniques. Prototypes are then physically tested and refined in our laboratory. Every design follows these guidelines:
• Make the kit as easy as possible to assemble and provide clear assembly instructions.
• The kit is packed in a small box as possible to ensure efficient storage and transport.
• Make the product as light as possible for easy handling on site.
Every kit comes with a data sheet with load tables. The load tables give the maximum ultimate vertical
and horizontal loads that may be applied to the kit. For bracket kits that can be clamped to tubular parent members — or support a tubular member — there is also a table of torque resistance for different standard tube diameters. MAFI provides CAD blocks for all kits and we can also provide Excel tools for checking brackets and freestanders.

3273 is the smallest one and offers a maximum offset of 240 mm (9.4 in). 3263 and 3265 are the medium sized ones and with two different U-bolt kits for a larger range of offset members. Maximum offset for the 3263 is 420 mm (16.5 in) and for 3265 with the largest offset member mounted is 397 mm (15.6 in).
3272 has a maxmimum offset of 797 mm (31.4 in) and incorporates a double clamp to cope with the high torque loads imposed by antennas at that large offset. The hole pattern for 3272 is also suitable for option U-bolt kit 2867-1 This enables offset members to range up to 114.3 mm (4.5 in).

The Universal Remote Radio Bracket is developed to accomodate remote radio units by Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia. Designed as a free standing equipment pole for low wind-load generating equipment such as RRUs placed in areas of low risk. The 4120 is assembled on site allowing it to be carried by one man alone in components weighing less than 25 kg (55.1 lb).
The Roof Butler is horizontally adjustable up to 6°, so that the pole will always be vertical.
For this free standing structure, the critical dimensioning parameter is the ability to resist overturning moment. Wind forces, dimensions and equipment weight must be taken into consideration when designing.
This free standing structure must be equipped with a minimum ballast weight of 25 kg (55.1 lb).
All equipment must always be placed as evenly distributed as possible.
