CE Marking, Product Development and Design Tools MAFI is a EN 1090 certified organization, which means that our CE-marked kits comply with EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2 standards to Execution Class 2. During the product development process, every component is designed and optimized using Finite Element Analysis techniques. Prototypes are then physically tested and refined in our laboratory. Make the kit as easy as possible to assemble and provide clear assembly instructions.

The kit is packed in a small box as possible to ensure efficient storage and transport.

Make the product as light as possible for easy handling on site.
Every kit comes with a data sheet with load tables. The load tables give the maximum ultimate vertical
and horizontal loads that may be applied to the kit. For bracket kits that can be clamped to tubular parent members — or support a tubular member — there is also a table of torque resistance for different standard tube diameters. MAFI provides CAD blocks for all kits and we can also provide Excel tools for checking brackets and freestanders. Disclaimer: Design recommendations given by MAFI concerning the use of a particular product are based on site information provided by the customer. MAFI provides a Declaration of Performance for the product itself, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that imposed loads are within the capacity of the product. It is always the responsibility of the site designer to verify that the parent structure is adequate to support the loads imposed by the product and that the installation of the product will comply with the installation instructions and with statutory and site owner’s rules and regulations.
