When you select Automated Payment as your payment method, amounts due will be withdrawn from your bank account on the 15th of every month (or the next business day, if 15th falls on the weekend). These funds will automatically be credited to your member account at Lost City Golf Club.
If you would like to participate in this program, please complete, sign, and return the form authorizing Lost City Golf Club to process the Automated Payment. You may also obtain a copy of the form from the Accounting office.
