We are proud to announce the launch of our newest store concept, GO Market by Lori’s. Developed in partnership with AiFi, a global leader in AI-powered autonomous shopping solutions, GO Market introduces a retail experience within hospital environments that allows hospital employees, patients, and visitors to shop quickly and conveniently without the need for traditional checkout lines. Integrating cashierless store locations means customers can access gift shops at any time of day. The process is simple: customers tap a credit card at the entrance, shop freely, and walk out without waiting in line. AiFi’s advanced AI technology automatically detects and tracks the items selected and securely charges the customer’s card upon exit.

The initiative builds on AiFi’s growing presence in sectors where speed, autonomy, and accessibility are essential— including airports, universities, and sports stadiums.

Lori’s President Jeff Gloor stated, “At Lori’s, our vision is to be a trusted place for joy and support, and this partnership with AiFi helps us fulfill that vision in a meaningful way. By leveraging AI-powered technology, we’re able to keep stores open 24 hours a day, providing convenience when it’s needed most. This accessibility ensures that hospital employees and visitors can find what they need at any time, without disruption. Together with AiFi, we’re continuing to evolve to meet the unique needs of the hospital communities we proudly serve.”

FALL , 2025 : A B RI EF M E S SAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Welcome to our 2025 Year-In-Review! This is our favorite issue since it gives us a chance to highlight all the great things we have been working on to enhance the hospital experience.
For Lori’s, it is all about creating a “trusted place” and this year is no different, as we continue to evolve to meet the diverse needs of those we serve. Working through the year with our hospital partners, field leaders, and store teams, we’re excited about what lays ahead and are actively laying the foundation for the future.

One of our biggest investments for the future this year was with our people. With the introduction of our new Market Manager role, we were able to recognize our top talent and expand their influence at a local level. This new role is not another layer in the organization but rather a reflection of our commitment to support store teams with hands-on training, communication, and leadership by example. Moving into the new year, our localized approach will extend to

products and services to further ensure our stores represent their communities. Additionally, we began piloting our “Go Market” concept, which leverages AI technology to expand our service capabilities to 24-hours per day, seven days a week. In doing this, we have essentially created a retail destination that never closes… regardless of whether or not our store team member is there. As this level of support typically mirrors the hospital itself, it ensures that we can provide services regardless of whether it is twelve noon or twelve midnight. With the same product assortment of gifts, fashion and marketplace, “Go Market” is proving that we can offer around-the-clock services when others need it most.
In closing, this is not really a look backward at the year so much as a look forward. We are excited about the path ahead and as always are thankful for the trust and support of our hospital partners.
Jeff Gloor, Lori’s President

We’re proud to announce the coming opening of two future GO Market by Lori’s, serving two Medical City hospital communities in North Texas. Store #93 in Denton and Store #2 in Plano will soon be equipped with GO Market by Lori’s, our 24/7, AI-powered, checkout-free shopping experience.
In partnership with AiFi Inc., a leader in camera-led spatial intelligence, GO Market uses advanced computer vision technology to create a fast, convenient, and autonomous way to shop. Guests can walk in, grab what they need, and go — no lines, no hassle. Interested in learnig more? Contact Katie Gettis, VP Corporate Development, at kgettis@lorisgifts.com.

THE LORI’ S LOVE
Meet Logan—a brave young boy who visited Lori’s Gifts Store #79 in New York with his parents and nurse. As he looked around, his eyes lit up at the sight of a plush penguin on display. Seeing how much it meant to him, Store Manager Sonia Martinez knew this was a perfect moment to make a difference. Through Lori’s Love, she gifted Logan his new penguin pal, bringing a huge smile to his face. In that moment, joy filled the store, reminding us again of why we do what we do.

STRATEGIC FUNDRAISING NETS RECORD DONATION IN THE FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER

Every year our strategic BCA campaign raises awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer. Our shops feature pink displays spotlighting high-quality BCA products guests can purchase to show their support for the cause. Lori’s donates 20% of the sales of all Breast Cancer Awareness products to Susan G. Komen, the Dallas-based charity that directs funds towards breast cancer research, screening, treatment, and education. Staff from our home office and their families also participate in the Susan G. Komen North Texas More Than Pink Walk, an event that brings together communities, survivors, and advocates in the fight against breast cancer. The Walk funds education efforts, continued research, and patient support programs. Thanks to the tremendous efforts of our team members, and the generosity of our guests, partners and donors, our Breast Cancer Awareness contribution for 2024 nearly doubled that of the previous year. Between product sale profit sharing and donations, we raised over $80,000 in the fight against breast cancer. For 2025, Lori’s has set a total of $100,000 for our fundraising goal. 2024

MEET THE TEAMS T H
Earlier this year, we introduced the Market Director position to provide an additional level of leadership and support across our locations. These leaders work closely with their Market Managers to ensure that each market is fully equipped and prepared to meet the unique needs of our hospital partners. By having Market Directors actively engaged in overseeing operations, providing guidance, and addressing challenges, we are able to offer more consistent, hands-on support across all stores within a market. This ensures that each facility receives the attention and care needed to deliver the best possible service.

Working closely with their Market Directors, Market Managers focus on elevating the guest experience, strengthening store operations, and driving meaningful results. This role was created not only to enhance store-level performance, but to create more opportunities for growth and leadership development within our organization. By adding this dedicated level of support, we’ve also been able to deepen our connection to the hospitals we serve. Market Managers allow us to respond more quickly to the unique needs of each partner, stay aligned with hospital expectations, and ensure our stores continue to be a valued resource for both employees and visitors.
