DASH DESIGN | ART | SCIENCE | HISTORY In August we held our online showcase DASH (Design, Art, Science and History). In nonCOVID times, these subjects would be hosting live expos and activities to celebrate the learning that takes place. Instead the expo moved online, for all students to explore galleries and videos of students’ work, listen to guest speakers, and be involved with online activities, competitions and quizzes. Our TAS Expo Meet the Makers showcased the varied design projects completed this year, from sewing, to woodwork, to publishing zines and food preparation. Our Year 10 Visual Arts students displayed their portraits of family members, while Year 9 Photography and Digital Media work showed the students’ exploration of composition, lighting, props, and film noir techniques.
