Welcome to the July and August version of Headlines. The sun is really coming out to shine at the moment. After a really disappointing start to the year, April onwards has been really lovely, but boy do we need some rain. Classic Britsmoan about the sunshine, moan about the rain.
To try and zest things up a bit and bring a more Mediterranean vibe to the summer, we are delighted to announce that we have taken on Turkish beer EFFS for this geography coming in 30ltr kegs. It is a great price on install until the end of August, so call us today to find out all of the point of sale that you can get with this amazing brand. Those of
you that have holidayed in Turkey will know what a great brand and what a refreshing beer this really is.
It must be that time of year for bright and vibrant craft beers because this brochure is loaded with those opportunities. We have terrific install opportunities with Renegade Brewery and Tiny Rebel in particular. Their brands jump off the page and are full of flavour - they're interesting and are sure to go down brilliantly in the beer gardens of the UK.
We must also mention our new exclusive range of wines, Cari Saluti. At only £4.97, they look amazing, taste amazing, and are really going to grow quickly. We're
happy to supply samples along with tasting sessions and staff training.
With the British and Irish Lions tests around the corner, Test cricket versus India, Wimbledon about to start, The Open Golf Championships and many other things, it is sure to be a bumper summer of sport. Fingers crossed that that big ball of orange in the sky helps us all out.
Cheers!
Rob Eastwood, MD, Small Beer Ltd

Customer loyalty isn’t just a nice-to-have - it’s key to long-term success. With rising guest expectations and more competition than ever, great service alone isn’t enough. Loyalty comes from creating experiences that guests remember - and want to come back for.
5-10 times more cost effective to retain existing customers than attract new ones*
1. PERSONALISE EVERY INTERACTION
Make your guests feel special by tailoring your messages to them. A little effort goes a long way - like sending a birthday discount or remembering their favourite drink.
2. GIVE REWARDS THEY’LL ACTUALLY USE
Loyalty programs work best when the rewards feel personal. Use what you know about your customers to offer deals that match their habits - like discounts on their go-to orders.
3. KEEP THE EXPERIENCE CONSISTENTLY GREAT
Whether it’s the food, drinks, atmosphere, or service - people come back for quality they can count on. Keep your standards high across the board so every visit feels just right.
4. ASK FOR FEEDBACK - AND DO SOMETHING WITH IT
Don’t just ask how you’re doing - show your customers you’re listening by making changes based on their feedback. It shows you care and want to improve.
5. MAKE IT MEMORABLE
Stand out by hosting fun events or theme nights. Memorable experiences give people a reason to come back - and tell their friends about you too.
6. USE TECH TO MAKE LOYALTY EASY
The right tools - like a CRM - make it easier to track guest preferences, manage rewards, and gather feedback, so you can offer more personal, seamless experiences.
