Christmas Chocolate Crinkles BY MELISSA GOMEZ Ingredients: 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 4 eggs 2 tsp of vanilla extract

2 tsp of baking powder 2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups of white sugar

½ tsp salt ½ cup powdered sugar ½ cup of vegetable oil

In a large bowl, mix together cocoa powder, white sugar and vegetable oil. Then, beat in the eggs, and stir in the vanilla. In the same bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder; stir the dough until it is well combined. Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Once they are ready, let the cookies cool down for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, then roll the dough into 1 inch balls or use a cookie scoop. Coat each ball in powdered sugar before placing them onto the cookie sheet.
