Our commitment to quality is second to none. The raw material we use – steel, stainless steel, bronze, brass, and Corten, which are mostly imported from Europe – is of the highest standards enabling us to provide the strongest and versatile of products. Over the last 15 years, he has successfully established L’Officina by Vincenzo in the Australian market. The firm caters to clients from all over the world. Enzo’s passion for exquisite design enables him to transform the projected image to the product. The modern concept of the panoramic window - one of Le Corbusier’s proposed five points for a new architecture - seeks to maximise the spans and openings of rooms to light and landscape: the window is converted into a large “screen”. The PanoramAH! system is a culmination of this widely employed modern design concept, ensuring maximum transparency and excellent performance using the latest, most advanced technology.
MAIN FEATURES:
PanoramAH! is a state-of-the-art sliding aluminium casement system that explores the structural properties of glass, enabling the execution of large glazed areas with the use of vertical, minimal (slender) aluminium profiles, resulting in great elegance.

Unlike traditional casement systems, glass is PanoramAH!’s self-supporting, main component, while the aluminium frame takes on the secondary functions of guiding its sliding motion, providing additional structural reinforcement and ensuring the window’s sealing capacity.

Bronze Doors & Windows Bronze is an alloy of copper with zinc or tin, at a ratio that varies depending on the period, region, or even the workshop where it is crafted. Alloys with more tin or zinc are a lot more fluid in liquid state, so it enables achieving the finest details when pouring into a mould.
Restoration L’Officina prides itself on being able to produce unique cutting edge profiles with the help of advanced technology. The replacement of windows and doors in restoration requires a delicate balance. On one hand, it must take into consideration the aesthetic aspect and respect for artistic heritage while on the other hand, it is necessary to abide by safety codes and comfort requirements. L’Offcina combines extremely minimal styles of old steel windows and doors (only 36mm for the openings) with the most advanced performances guaranteeing security, long service life and complying with environmental standards reviving the elegance and motif of the old “fine steel profile” for verandas, winter gardens, doors and bow windows. Like with many other fixtures like guillotine windows or horizontal bi-fold doors, there are many considerations though that goes into planning and constructing a skylight. For one, there’s the placement issue which is important in order for you to truly maximise natural light and its benefits. There’s also the design aspect, which is important for optimal aesthetic value. Our frame visibility is reduced to a minimum because when a window consists of 1% Frame and 99% Glass, the boundaries between the interior and the exterior landscape disappear completely. Unlike conventional products, our skylights slide on bearings - the bearings are on a track instead of being on the panel and the sliding track with bearings is 1-Meter long, which allows an easy removal, for example to cleanup.

Microcement Workshop is an innovative, highend product that is ideal when renovating floors, walls or surfaces. It can be easily customised as it allows you to alter its colour, effect and finish in a practical and efficient way, providing complete satisfaction. Microcement can be used to renew existing surfaces that may be out of style or damaged; it is also perfect for new buildings and surfaces – providing a minimal, continuous and modern look. It is a contemporary approach to both exterior and interior decor that is simply applied – 3 millimeters thick with strong and resilient craftsmanship – and is eco-friendly, adaptable and open to alteration, using a special compound of cement and water-based polymers to make up its unique formation. Throughout installation, each unique project is hand done by our professionals and also allows the reduction of any debris or clutter from generally troublesome restoration work.

EASYGATE SYSTEM The EasyGate System is an innovative motorization device that is simple, elegant and, best of all, requires no external motor or fixed rack. More than just a linear sliding gate opener, the system can be applied to virtually any straight line or curved path operation. Applications Include: Pool Covers // Security Screens // Wall Partitions // Glass/Window Panels // Retractable Awnings // Sliding Gates // Turntables // Telescopic Panels The drive unit, control module and battery are concealed inside the mounting rail of the moving panel. The unit charges whilst at rest in either the open and/or closed position. When needed the simple press of a remote button moves the panel silently, smoothly and safely. The system is expandable. Each drive unit has a load capacity of up to 400kg. With four drive units working in unison the potential to move an object up to 1600kg is achieved with relative ease. Safety is paramount with the Easygate System. The unit has integrated force margin sensitivity through encoder monitoring to recognise when an obstruction is in its path. For added peace of mind photoelectric safety beams are also incorporated. If a moving panel detects an obstruction, it will stop, step back and resume its travel when the beam is cleared.
