F THE FREE SILENT SYSTEM
The FREE SILENT system is a mosquito net with no architectural barrier. The innovative patent allows for controlled sliding and the net can be stopped at any point along the stroke. A simple wind mechanism stops the net from coming off its runner, so it cannot tear. Thanks to its modularity, this system covers any width. It is the only mosquito net in the world (with horizontal sliding) that can be made up to 5 metres high. Thus a “free� system.

The choice varies from fiberglass nets to nets in black and white stripes, from aluminium nets in the light or dark variants to fine steel mesh and pet screens. S SALES CONDITIONS
1. ORDERS
3. PAYMENTS
Requests received from clients, regarding any commercial communication (fax, e-mail and verbal orders), will be subjected to the attention of the commercial department. For orders received by fax or email, the department will print the communication. Verbal orders will be faithfully recorded by an operator on standard forms to be able to confirm each element indicated or identified concerning customer needs over time. Orders received are examined by management and if positive the order form is submitted to the client for acceptance and confirmation. Having received the request for confirmation, the customer must take a maximum of 5 working hours to communicate order acceptance, variation or renunciation. Not confirming within the preset times will be considered as an order confirmation.
If payment should not be made within terms agreed, Effe s.r.l. will debit late payment bank charges applying the interest rate in force (T.E.G.M.) at the time of default. Awaiting further clarification, all orders in progress for the defaulting client will be suspended.
2. DELIVERY TIMES For custom-made products in standard colours, delivery in maximum 7 working days; for special colours (RAL and WOOD) a maximum of 40 working days.
** The company reserves the right to make any change to this catalogue with no prior notice. Taranto Court of Law has jurisdiction over any dispute. 68 This catalogue is protected by copyright laws: Law no. 633 of 22/4/1942 and Special Law no.1842 of 14/4/1942. Hence, even partial reproduction is absolutely forbidden.
4. GUARANTEE The guarantee is acknowledged on mechanical parts and aluminium profiles for a 24 month validity period. It is excluded for any tampering or work carried out by personnel not authorised to do so by the manufacturer and on all products with no production label. Costs for transport, removal and installation are not guaranteed expenses. When the goods arrive, the customer must check that the product is in tact. Any notification must be made within 8 days from receipt of goods, on the accompanying delivery note possibly counter-signed by the shipper and sent by fax to Effe s.r.l. Effe s.r.l. reserves the right to authorise any returns providing instructions on the matter.
