If your hair is too soft for your desired textured look, TONI&GUY suggests adding dry shampoo or hairspray that will give your hair the needed hold to manipulate your hair into position.

Be creative with accessories. Jewelry, such as chains, brooches, necklaces and earrings can all work. The trick is securing the jewelry into the style! Simply place the jewelry against your head (diagonally is always pleasing to the eye), find an anchoring point on the piece, place a pin with the textured side against your scalp and repeat until secure.
