awaken the suspicion of some one who would report it Only one case has come under our notice of a child having been taken through personal revenge, and we have had two instances in which children have been put on railroad cars by inhuman persons to be cared for by conductors of the trains. We have also had a few instances reported by managers of charitable institutions, to us.
