Letter from the President

Hello Team Loyalty,

Can you believe the years is three quarters over and we have officially entered Q4 (fourth quarter)? This year as absolutely flown by. Fourth quarter is an important time for any retail business and Loyalty Pawn is no exception. The pawn industry has mul tiple facets that we do buy, sell and pawn each of these facets get extremely busy during the fourth quarter. School starting bills are flowing into our client’s mailboxes, Halloween festivities, Thanksgiving and of course Christmas and New Years, I am sure I am missing a few things, but these are all major factors in our Q4 earnings and level of business. So, get ready for what we should expect to be the busiest time in Loyalty Pawn history. Between how we all have embraced the our tremendous culture, our online and social media presence and the continued training and knowledge we have all gained I believe we are well prepared and I also believe you will make it look easy. We do however NEED to hit our goals!!

We have some new team members and are continuing to find quality talent, that will help in this fourth quarter and beyond. Wayne, Javier and myself are purchasing more quality inventory in jewelry and luxury goods which will help everyone hit there sales goals. Please let Wayne and/or Javier know if you or your teams have any special inventory requests we will try to accommodate. I am searching for several luxury watches, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Omega, Brietling, etc.

I am excited to start implementing and bringing to Loyalty Pawn many of the great takeaways several of our teammates have learned from either the PawnGuru conference in Detroit, Pawnshop Consulting Group focus group in Chicago and the CAPA (California Pawnbrokers Association) Southern California Conference. We have many new ideas and which we will be implementing over the next several months which will bring more efficiency to all of Team Loyalty. I am also looking forward to our October ICG Consulting seminar coming towards the end of this month. Team leaders will be scheduling their team members to attend the seminar. This seminar will give the attendees more knowledge on jewelry, diamonds, colored stones and I am sure a few selling tips as well. A few of us has already attended some of this training and were very impressed with the content.
