A Letter from the General Manager

Hello Everyone!

For those who suffer from allergies, it’s that lovely time of year! I hope everyone escapes this super bloom season unscathed! Many cool things to discuss. We will have the pleasure of visiting with the ICG group this next month. We are looking forward to some of the training seminars in which they will be hosing in the training room. We will schedule the best we can to accommodate as many people as possible. The seminars that ICG has often leaves groups with many positive takeaways and we are looking forward to it!

I did want to mention that some of you are taking advantage in reading books that we have on hand such as Munchies for Sales People, The Energy Bus By: Jon Gordon, How to win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team By Patrick Lencioni. These are some books that your Store managers have read in the last 6 months. We are happy to share this information with any team member. If you’re interested in personal and business growth, I highly recommend reaching out to your store manager to keep up to date with the books that we are reading to hone your skills. The book club that we have created at Loyalty Pawn for the Leadership team is invaluable!

Acknowledgements: Since we changed the pay structure at the beginning of April, we have had more qualify for the weekly bonus. Thank you to those who are hustling and being creative in selling our products and services to our loyal clients. The top salesman for April was Dominic Tognolini with $16,796.85 in sales! The 2nd place salesman was Jose Morales with $10,974.52 & Tony Ferarri with $10,440.30 in 3rd place. Great job gentlemen!! The layaway system is starting to help payoff with securing these sales!

Lastly, Loyalty Pawn continues to grow with business success. We have many team members committed to adding to the team value by being engaged in the morning huddles and the weekly one on ones. In the long run, this is an excellent way of developing an elite work force! If you find yourself not participating as much in the morning huddles, one on ones, or tactical meetings we would love to hear from you. Loyalty Pawn is committed to developing our teams and truly living our Visions, Values and Goals. If your finding that this isn’t you. Please reach out to your Store Manager, Operations Manager or General Manager. Let’s all continue to move the needle forward!
