I sincerely hope that each of you had a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year. It's always vital to pause when we start a new year to reflect and refocus on how to set and achieve our new year's goals. I'd like to applaud the Roseville team for their dedication and for breaking the 100k sales threshold in December. It will require a lot of work from everyone to restock and turn that inventory back into money so we can loan it out given our steadily increasing loan balance. Despite the fact that many of our clients are repeat clients, we've finished the year by forging new relationships with clients that have never stepped foot in a Pawn Shop before. In addition to business, I'd also like to take this moment to thank all of you for your continued support as managers, customers, family members, friends, and team members. Our success is only possible because of people like you who embrace our vision values and goals. Let’s keep up the great work and surpass all our goals for 2023! We have cycled through all our teams with the last questionnaire, so I have changed the questions to get to know our family better. This month we are going to get to know Ramsey the assistant manager of the El Camino location.

1. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off? THAT VARIES AT MYAGE! COULD BE JUST RELAX OR VISIT MY PARENTS AND HELP WITH THINGS THEY CAN NO LONGER DO, OR SNEAK OUT OF TOWN WITH MY G/F, OR JUST HANG OUT WITH FAMILY/FRIENDS. I ENJOYALLTHOSE THINGSAND MANY MORE

2. Where’s the next place on your travel bucket list and why? I’D LOVE TO GO TO SPAIN. I HEAR ITS BEAUTIFULTHERE AND THAT THEY HAVE GREAT FOOD AND ADULT BEVERAGES

3. What was your favorite age growing up? IT’S HARD TO SAY. BEINGATEEN WAS REALLY FUN HAVING NO REAL RESPONSIBILITY BESIDES PLAYING SPORTSAND GETTING THROUGH SCHOOL. THEN LATER HAVING MY KIDS AND RAISING THEM WAS TRULYA HIGHLIGHT IN MY LIFE.

4. Do you have a favorite holiday? Why or why not? I’D SAYTHANKSGIVING WHEN FAMILY GETS TO SHARE GREAT FOOD AND FUNAND LAUGHS TOGETHER

6. What was the last TV show you binge-watched? LAST CHANCE U- SERIES ON JUCO BASKETBALL PLAYERS

7. Are you into podcasts or do you only listen to music? IF I LISTEN TOA PODCAST IT WOULD BE JOE ROGAN, VERY INTERTAINING.HOWEVER I DO LISTEN TO MUSIC MUCH MORE. CLASSIC SOUL, R&B FAV’S BUT COUNTRY MUSIC IS GROWING ON ME!

8. What's one thing that can instantly make your day better? HEARING FROMANY OF MY KIDS FOR SURE

9. What’s one goal you have for this year personally and professionally? PERSONAL GOAL IS TO TAKEAT LEAST ONE COLLEGE COURSE TO BETTER MY EDUCATION. THIS WOULDALSO HELP PROFESSIONALLY

10. Ideally, how would you spend your birthday? ONA BEACH SOMEWHERE HAVING DRINKS WITH MY GIRLFRIEND

11. What's your favorite board game? CAN’T SAYWHAT THAT WOULD BE. I DO ENJOY PLAYINGA CARD GAME WITH MY DAD CALLED GOLF. ITS FUN YOU SHOULD TRY IT OUT SOMETIME

12. What’s the best way the company can celebrate you and your team for successes? LOTS OF CHOICES THERE. I LIKE TO ASK TEAM MEMBERS THEIR OPINION ON THIS ONE, SEE WHAT THEYALL LIKE TO DO. WE’VE PUTALLTHE SUGGESTIONS IN A HATAND PICKED BEFORE

13. What causes are you passionate about? FAMILY ISSUES!

14. What’s an essential part of your daily routine? EXERCISE, IF I DON’T GETA CHANCE TO EXERCISE IN THE MORNING, I DON’T FEEL RIGHT THE WHOLE DAY. I FEEL MORE SLUGGISH IF I DON’T GET UPAND GET MY EXERCISE IN.

15. Who or what inspires you in your career? MY PARENTS, THEY BOTH WERE HARD WORKINGAND RELIABLE, AND HAD INTEGRITY
