A Letter from the General Manager Hello Everyone, I hope that everyone had a Happy and Safe New Year! We are getting pumped up and ready for a brand-new year!! Many of you have worked very hard this last quarter! We have had amazing outpour of compliments from our customers from the decorations of the stores, to the professionalism from our team members! We truly have much to be proud of! In the month of January, we will be introducing our new loan tickets, updating our pos, and preparing for a solid first quarter. In mean time, we sincerely wish you all a Happy New Year! As always, we love nothing more than to highlight the sales performers for the month! In the month of December, Dominic T. lead the company with $36,193.00 with Tony M. selling $22,702.00 and Marcos B. selling $22,677.00. These gentlemen worked diligently to create leads throughout the month and were persistent on following up with their clients through the holidays! The inventory needs continue to come in and we are happy to help fulfill the needs of our clients. Thank you so much and we look forward to you excelling in 2020! Also, the quarter leaders for Q4 are Dominic T., Marcos B. and Joseph C. For quarter 1, Dominic qualifies for 5% weekly sales incentive, and both Marcos and Joseph qualify for 4%. Again, thank you for all your hard work and contributions to your teams! Overall, Loyalty Pawn had a pretty good year in growth. Each store has increased their loan balances, sales, PSC and Layaways. For the year, this is a success! We are eager to continue to strive for the best and goal set monthly to maximize our potential. We will move forward in 2020 with excitement for the opportunities that are ahead. We very much look forward to personal growth, business growth and expansion. Sincerely, Wayne Silliman General Manager “There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed." -- Ray Goforth

Loyalty Pawn Family Happy New Year Loyalty Family, 2019 is over and what a great year it was. It's always nice starting a new year since it seems like you can wipe the slate clean and leave what happened the previous year in the past. 2019 was not only a year of growth but now we can also focus on beating those numbers. For some of the store it came down right to the end of the year to hit those numbers, it was a real nail biter for a minute there. Some of the other stores we have some real work to do 2020 but best believe we are going to work our hardest to accomplish those goals every week, month, quarter and year. 2019 was also a year of letting go and rebuilding the store manager Dylan from the Roseville location has left the Loyalty Pawn company but not the family. He has moved back to Idaho to grow the company him and his brother created. You will be missed Dylan but what a way to go out finishing the month with 100k in sales and now setting the new benchmark to beat. Let’s not wait until the last-minute to fulfill these very obtainable goals and let's make 2020 the best year we’ve ever had. This month we are going to get to know Jose Velazquez the new store manager of the West Sacramento location. He started working in the pawn industry about 6 or seven years ago. He was first brought on to the industry from his best friend in Buy Sell Loan. Jose is the only person in the company that has worked for three different pawn shops. He comes from a long line of working in the food industry where he learned how to manage his time, people, inventory and safety. As soon as he was introduced to the pawn industry, he fell in love with it and found it very interesting how the negotiating and ability to deal in high end goods was available to him. He is very proud that he also became the store manager within a year. Through his hard work and integrity, he was the only person that made when we took over Buy Sell Loan. Jose was born in Mexico City on August 9th, 1988. He is the oldest sibling of two he comes from a very humble but very poor family. Growing up he didn’t have the luxury that a lot of us are accustomed to like electricity, running water or a father figure in his life. You can imagine this was tough since he had to be the man of the house since 7 years old. When most of us were thinking about the latest game system or what barbies to play with Jose was out working and providing for his family or collecting well water to boil. He would work odd jobs like running errands for neighbors, collecting cans, going to the farmers market, collecting garbage and clean vendors spots and displays, all of this while still trying to get an education. When Jose was 10 his father was in the US working and trying to bring his family over. At the age of 12 he was finally able to come to the states at the time they were living in Los Angeles which was not much different environment and culture from Mexico. This was when he finally got introduced to things like electricity and running water in a home. His time in LA was short lived and only lasted about two years. Some turn of events landed Jose and family to move to Sacramento. He first thought that this city was really boring, and he missed all his cousins in LA. After a while he started going to school where life became more familiar. He went J.F Kennedy high school where he had a class with me Javier. Looking back at those times we both remember having lots of fun and being the class entertainment. Who would have known that we would end up working together almost a decade later? Fast forward a few years and two kids later Nixie and Leonardo years 12 and 8 he has a beautiful family and is happily married to the love of his life and high school sweetheart Aurora. 2019 was a big year for Jose and his family not only did he become manager of the West Sac location, but he also got married and bought his second home. Things are looking up with Jose and we wish him the best of luck in 2020.

Florin Mall Hello Loyalty Pawn Family, Wow! I can’t believe 2019 is over. I am very excited to see what 2020 will bring us. We have overcome a lot of obstacles and curves, but it has not stopped us from moving forward. We all have achieved amazing goals personally and professionally. What is going on here at Florin? Well, he had a excellent 4th quarter. We were able to hit our sales goal for all three months. We also surpassed our goal by a little over $10k for the whole quarter. Florin is still maintaining 1.7 million in loan balance and hope to hit $1.8 million by the end of the January. We have a new team member that started with us here at Florin in the beginning of December and he has been hitting his weekly sales goal since he started. His name is Mike Xiong for those of you that have not reached out to introduce yourself to him, I would encourage you all to do so. Travis will be working at Broadway and we know that he will be doing great there. Lets have a prosperous 2020 and stay driven. Welcome 2020 we are ready for you! Mark Xiong

Roseville Hello Team Loyalty, Hope everyone is very excited for the New Year, I know I am. I’m very much looking forward to the challenge and opportunity of running the Roseville store. I have set some very strong goals for Roseville in 2020, we are going to sell $1,000,000 and we are going to get our layaway balance to $100,000. This is not going to be easy, but I know the Roseville team and I can do it. Also, we have setup a new Facebook page (Roseville Pawn) so please add us and tell your friends. FUN FACT: January 1st, 1776, the first American flag, the "Grand Union" was presented. Betsy Ross later added the stars in place of the Union Jack. Justin Martinez 5

Broadway Hello Everyone, Hello Broadway fans it’s the start of the new year and we are truly excited to see what this year has in store for us. Starting with the edition of our new assistant store manager Travis Tobin. The Broadway team is excited to have him join us and see what new fun and exciting ideas he has in store for us. We are all looking to come out of the gate strong this year we want to work on hitting our goals early this year and surpass them. We are also grateful to our team member Kirby who has been helping us with fast and amazing jewelry repairs allowing us to get repairs back to customers within a day or two. This has given us a edge within our area to provide the highest level of customer service we can. John Mark

West Sacramento Hello Team, My name is Jose Velazquez and Im the new store supervisor of West Sacramento store. Here at West Sacramento we say good bye to Justin, he will be taking over the Roseville Store. What a way to start the new year with a new face đ&#x;˜ but same goals, vision and values. I am so happy and excited to be a bigger part of the leadership team . We are going to start organizing ASAP to streamline the process of daily operations, going out and making a name for "Loyalty Pawn" in the community. I would also like to present my team, Jason W. (assistant manager), Jose M., Taj, Victor, Brandy and of course eBay Ryan. Learning eBay is an eye opener with all the little details and time consuming it takes but nothing West Sac can't handle. Definitely not looking forward to the reminder letters nightmare but I know the nightmare will go away by May 5th. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year and wish all your personal goals and dream come true. Jose Velaquez
