A Letter from the General Manager

Season’s Greetings Team!

We are here! The cold has arrived and we’re nearing the end of 2018! In the month of November, the company has seen an increase in layaways as well as new merchandise hitting the stores. We look forward to a solid 4th quarter in sales. I know that everyone has been working diligently in securing and maximizing our opportunities. We have brought in purses and have an influx of jewelry. This will be dispersed to locations the first week of December. I would like to make note of some outstanding performance for the month of November. Dominic from Roseville sold the most with $22,300 in sales! Parker coming in second at $15,000 and Kevin coming in 3rd place at $13,200. This was awesome! We have and look forward to others increasing their sales and sales incentives. Also, some noteworthy praise is due for Paul Molina and Dave Palomares who both had the highest physical transactions count in the company. Both Paul and Dave exceeded over 1000 transactions between Loans, Buys, Physical sales and Replacement loans combined! Fantastic job guys! Our next step…. As we near the ending of 2018, we are also preparing to get Florin, West Sac and Roseville complete. We are in the process of ordering slat wall and other fixtures by years end. We anticipate having 2 if not 3 stores complete by the end of the first quarter. We are excited to put finishing touches on the Loyalty Brand! Finally, Loyalty Pawn, Stan and I are happy with the commitment from the teams. We are optimistic in what the near future will bring and are proud that the stores have cohesive team members to embrace our Visions, Values and Goals. Let’s end this year with a bang! Let’s strive to hit the store goals! Keep up the good work!
