Loyalty Pawn Family
Happy Holidays Loyalty Pawn Family,
It blows my mind that the holidays are already here I guess it’s true what they say time flies when you’re busy. As we come closer to the end of the year, I’m very excited to see some of the ends of the year predictions and goals be accomplished. Christmas is right around the corner, and I’m always glad to see how the stores are going to be creative in decorating their stores. Hopefully, everyone has a great holiday season make sure to surround yourselves with family and great friends. I know I can’t wait to eat those tamales and drink plenty of eggnog.

This month we are going to get to know Dylan, the store manager of the Roseville location. Dylan was born in Boise Idaho he is the second oldest of 4 siblings. There is a 19-year gap between him and his youngest brother (Malachi). Dylan decided to move to California right after high school to pursue a college education. After a while of living in Humboldt he was like many other college students he was struggling to make ends meet and started resourcing towards the pawn shop for help. After a while of dealing with Humboldt Bay Trade and Pawn the owner Russ Krause got to know Dylan took a liking to him so much so that one day, he called Dylan out of the blue to offer him a job. Little did Dylan know this would turn into eight years and counting career. When he interviewed for the company, Dylan was surprised at how many people were going to be involved. The interview consisted of the owner Russ Krause, his three sons, all their wives and the family dog named Marley. After surviving that interview, they embraced him as part of the family and put him to work. Sometime down the Line Dylan decided to move to Sacramento to be closer to family, better opportunity and he followed a girl. Since getting a job With Capital City Loan, he got to experience a few different Locations. He has finally found a more permanent home as the Store Manager for the Roseville location for Loyalty Pawn. Now he is working hard to build up his team and get Loyalty Lux up and running.
Apart from working at the shops Dylan and his family have a business together called “Pine Top Brand” which specializes in everything leather from men’s accessories to lady’s hand bags. If you ever want to see any of their work all you must do is walk into the Roseville location. You find employees rocking custom belts and wallets I too have been interested in picking up a custom leather laptop case. From what I’ve heard to fulfill orders it’s a real assembly line from the laser cutouts to drilling and assembly. The Workshop is located in Grass Valley and sits on 150 acres that belong to his parents. Plans for the business apart from growing it are expanding their women’s line and purses. Having so much property also benefits Dylan in his love for the outdoors and his hobbies which include fishing, hiking and just embracing the natural beauty of being outside.
