Closure –5 minutes • Display slide 25. o In your own words, praise the efforts of all the participants. Reassure them that it is normal to feel overwhelmed at this stage, but that as they begin their hands-on work, everything will begin to make more sense. Remind them that they can always reach out if they have any questions.
