Because the training will take place outside of standard work hours, the facilitator must have availability in order to meet the participants’ scheduling needs. The facilitator must have access to the office building and the training center room on the day of the training session.

Facilitators must bring their company laptop computer to the training session, arriving at least one half-hour prior to the beginning of the training. The laptop must have the Microsoft Office suite, Slack, and Google Chrome installed. The facilitator should check that all software is up-to-date prior to the day of the training session. The facilitator should have at a minimum, basic computer literacy and be able to direct training participants in logging into all systems and doing basic troubleshooting if any participant has difficulty accessing them. The facilitator must be well versed in the use of PowerPoint. Prior to the day of the training, the facilitator must ensure that the laptop connects to the LCD projector. A test-run of the presentation should be done at least a day before the training session. The facilitator must be able to keep time during the presentation. In the last fifteen minutes of the presentation, the facilitator must be able to oversee the Level 2 evaluation and determine if the participants have met all requirements.
