Upon completion of this training, the ICs will be prepared to begin their first proof-ofconcept assignments, which will be due within one week. The ICs will have all the resources needed to complete their assignments, including access to all systems, the writer and editor checklists, and the complete style guide.

Terminal Objective: Given a presentation, instructional handouts, a laptop computer, internet access, log-in credentials, access to the Content Management System (CMS), access to Smartsheet, the checklists, the course plan, and the style guide, the onboarding training participant should be able to access their assignment, the CMS, the checklists, and the style guide and then complete the assignment without error.

1. Access the Smartsheet account without error. 2. Locate and identify the first assignment without error. 3. Access the checklists without error. 4. Explain at least three of the required standards without error. 5. Explain assignment requirements without error. 6. Access the style guide without error. 7. Describe at least three relevant style requirements without error. 8. Access the course plan without error. 9. Explain the organization of the semesters, units, and lessons without error. 10. Access the CMS without error. 11. Write or edit one lesson with at least 80% accuracy according to the rubric, on the first attempt.
