LEASING NOTES
The Nashville market remains healthy, with strong renter activity and annual net absorption reaching 9,500 units—outpacing new deliveries by approximately 700 units. While leasing momentum has slowed slightly at this property, renewal performance has remained strong. In June, we introduced a full-service coffee shop on-site, which we believe will serve as a key differentiator, supporting renewal growth, rent increases, and new lease activity.
