Student Organization Registration Form | Due each semester prior to the first day of classes b. Executive Officer GPA Release | Due each semester prior to the first day of classes c. Advisor Agreement | Due annually d. Semester Report | Due each semester prior to the last day of classes e. Meeting Minutes | Due within one week after each general body meeting. f. Event Evaluations | Due within one week after each event. g. Events Calendar / Swiping students in (tracking attendance)| Due within one week of event

Attendance Requirements for Blue Pillar

To earn and maintain a Blue Pillar ranking within LIU Pillars, each student organization must fulfill all Attendance Requirements. Student Organization Executive Officers will receive exact dates for each requirement prior to the start of each semester.

1. Campus Involvement Fair | Occurs at the start of each semester -

The Campus Involvement Fair is the best opportunity to recruit new members for your organization. At least two (2) executive officers must be present at the Campus Involvement Fair. Student organizations can register for the Campus Involvement Fair on Presence.

2. Student Organization Leadership Training | Occurs at the start of each semester

LIU Promise provides a mandatory training program for the Executive Officers & Advisors of all student organizations. The training explains the Pillars of Excellence Student Organization Recognition Program as well as all expectations and required procedures of student organizations. All Executive Officers must attend a Student Organization Leadership Training. Executive Officers can register for a Club Leadership Training on Presence.

3. Student Leadership Awards Ceremony | Occurs at the end of the spring semester

The Promise Office will host the annual Student Leadership Awards each year in April.Every executive officer from each student organization must attend a training. . Student Organization Award recipients are recognized at the Student Leadership Awards. Professional attire is encouraged.
