Welcome email and establishing your @remax.net email address

Using your @remax.net email address is a great way to further align yourself with the No.1 brand in real estate! All RE/MAX Associates are provided with a @remax.net forwarding email address to help market their business. When you use it, the email you receive will forward to your gmail or other established account. This forwarding address doubles as a login to access MAXCenter and to register for events. Choose your email address before you join by allowing us to reserve it for you, or when you receive a Welcome email from RE/ MAX after joining and paying the RE/MAX Initiation Fee.

MAXCENTER (remax.net)

Log in to MAXCenter, your RE/MAX intranet portal, with your remax.net email address for simplified access to all RE/MAX business-building tools and resources. Many tools and “Apps” exist within MAXCenter. The best place to learn more about each one is to start your "New to RE/MAX" learning track in RE/MAX University. These resources are continuously updated so the information below may not track exactly.

Receive industry-leading education on demand. Download the Learning & Education app from MAX/Center to access videos, resources, designations, and more.

Events

RE/MAX events are advertised by email and on remax.net and usually require an online registration. Events include an annual convention (R4) Luxury and Commercial Forums and Regional sales rallies and social events.

Our Mission is to Serve, Empower and Inspire Agents. It is important to us that you feel like a valued member of this Company. We expect you to let us know if you are not delighted with everything we do or if you see something that we could be doing better. Not only are we continuously improving our systems for the benefit of all, we are constantly getting updates of forms and standards of care in the industry. We get direction from RE/ MAX, the Arizona Department of Real Estate, the State Legislature, the National, State, Tucson and Scottsdale Association of Realtors, and Southern Arizona and Arizona Regional MLS’s. We have many teachable moments that need to be shared and adopted by our agents in order to maintain the standard of a reasonably prudent Realtor in Tucson, Arizona. This is the “Standard of Care” required for serving the public. For these reasons and more, we expect everyone to read the Realtor Code of Ethics, MLS Rules, ADRE Rules of Professional Conduct, The RE/MAX Brand Identity Manual, Monday updates (RE/MAX Select Weekly News, the Company Policies and Procedures and Procedures for Dotloop. All of You should be familiar with and read every form that you expect a client to sign. See Company Policies and Procedures for more information. Attendance at Company meetings and functions is encouraged but not expected.

24/7 Access

With your office key you have 24/7 access to your office when you need it. If you desire the same access to the other office, ask the Director of Operations for that office to give you a tour and a key.

Broker Assistance

Text is preferred. Jay will return your contact as soon as possible. If you are able to review your contract documents for an answer, please try to do this before contacting your broker. Please read the Company Policies and Procedures Manual online in dotloop as soon as possible and see Jay with any questions.

Equipment

Computers: Laptop Computers available for your use anywhere in the office. We recommend that you bring your own laptop and connect to the Copier.

Copiers: No printer codes required. We ask you to be frugal with the color copies and print in color only when needed and only as many copies as you need.

Watch your email or check out the Facebook Group on Friday afternoon for important company announcements, event updates and important news from. We encourage everyone to read this on Friday in order to receive important updates from ADRE, NAR, AAR, TAR, GVAR, SAAR, RE/MAX and RE/MAX Select.

Jacqueline Canett is RE/MAX Select's Director of Marketing and she is available by phone, Zoom or at the Green Valley office. Jacqueline provides print, digital, website building, content creation and social media services to RE/MAX Select. Additional Services are available for $40/hr. All Associates are invited and encouraged to attend meetings, but they are not mandatory. Other events in Tucson and in Green Valley/Sahuarita, are held from time to time and include tours, classes, and parties. Consult the Company calendar for details. This nationally branded pre-MLS marketing program is designed to help you attract attention to your listing and create “buzz” before it hits MLS. Information, a flyer for sellers, and instructions can be found in dotloop; Templates; Documents; RE/MAX Select Documents. Sign riders are available for purchase and SignUp carries them in their inventory.

Matterport 3D Tours

RE/MAX Select owns the latest Matterport 3D Technology for use in marketing you’re listing and can offer you a 3D tour powered by Matterport. For one low price paid to the photographer you will get a 3D tour, floor plan and 20 still photographs... to MLS and free RE/MAX single property websites. A program Flyer and instructions for prepping a property for 3D photography can be found in the marketing OneDrive folder. The flyer is also available for download in dotloop; Templates; Docs: Marketing; Flyer Prepping. Ask the Director of Office Operations for a list of photographers who are authorized to use our equipment and software which is required. Each photographer as their own pricing.

Storybooks by Studeo

“Studeo” is a software program which creates multi-media “Storybooks” that can be used to represent properties, neighborhoods, communities, services, businesses, news and more. You can showcase Still Photos, 3D Tours, Videos, Floorplans and even Google Street views in a way that keeps users engaged well beyond the typical flyer or social media post. “Studeo” offers a library of Storybook templates, photos, videos, and copy that is accessible to all users. There is also a “Bookshelf” feature that allows users to add all created Storybooks to a principal website. One look at the quality, versatility and value of this product and you will be sold. If you prefer not to create your own Storybooks, Jacqueline Canett is available through RE/ MAX Select to use your selected template to create the visuals so that all you would need to do is add the copy. Weekly Broker Forum

Designed to address the immediate issues and up to date information as well as provide basic training to new agents, the Weekly Broker Forum is open to all agents on Zoom and sometimes hybrid.

Momentum In-house Sales Business System

We offer a complete success program designed to help Associates achieve their career aspirations and live more abundantly. It starts with consulting to develop goals and plans, then leads to appropriate training to help clarify choices and establish strategies and action. The program is designed around the concepts of mastery and continuous improvement, so we offer accountability in order to track and evaluate actions. Training topics include Lead Generation, Lead Conversion and Business, including Activities Management and Team Building.

Lead Generation Courses

Expired Boot Camp Teaches the Call-to-Close method, a very direct and proactive approach to working expired listings over the phone. Dialogue is taught in a progressive manner, helping each broker become comfortable and confident with the technique. Associates will learn how to add from 1 to 3 listings per week to their inventory.

FSBO Boot Camp Teaches the Five-Step-Follow-Up method, a complete, non-threatening approach to effectively working For Sale by Owners. Associates will learn how to pro-actively solicit, follow up with and close FSBOs in a way that adds value to all.

Open House Boot Camp Teaches the Label-the-Looker method, a complete, non-threatening approach to conversing and following up with open-house attendees. Associates will learn how to advertise and hold highly effective and productive open houses. In-home and follow-up scripts will be discussed thoroughly

Marketing Boot Camp Teaches the Who-Do-You-Know method, a very simple and proactive approach to working neighbors who live around just-listed and just-sold properties, the Label-the-Caller method, a focused and effective approach to answering yard sign and ad calls and the Smart- Farm method for choosing and servicing fruitful farm areas.

Referral Boot Camp Teaches a unique 33-Touch program, which helps Associates increase their referralbased business. Associates learn how to pro-actively stay in flow with friends, family and past clients through mailings, phone calls and social media.

Social Media Boot Camp Teaches an intentional and proactive approach to utilize social media platforms. Associates will learn how to identify their target audience and how to implement social media strategies to grow their business. The end result of this class is an associate will be able to create additional client relationships and nurture existing relationships through the utilization of social media strategies.

PHONE Prospecting boot camp Teaches the keys to successful phone prospecting, beginning with the importance of thoughts and mindset. The course covers the purpose of the call, who to call and what to say while on the call. Learn best practices to become proficient at lead generation via phone prospecting. Take it to another level by incorporating the advanced phone prospecting skills covered in this course.

The Power of Video Boot Camp The Power of Video teaches you how to build a complete video system, through personal branding and dollar-productive activities. You’ll learn how to identify your personal brand, as well as how to deliver value-driven content to your ideal audience, through storytelling. This class will provide basic concepts and tools, designed to establish confidence and ability, around video messaging. As an end result, you will then be able to leverage video within your vital activities. Tools you will need to create a beginner video system are provided within this course.

Lead Conversion Courses

Listing Conversion Teaches a proven, professional listing conversation. The five stages of an effective listing conversation are covered in detail. Attendees will be exposed to professional scripts and tools designed to set them apart from their competition. Plans, scripts and tools are provided.

Listing Objections Boot Camp Teaches a non-confrontational approach to overcoming common seller objections. Associates learn how to respond with confidence and without hesitation to the most common seller questions, objections and concerns. Plans and scripts are provided.

Pricing Boot Camp Teaches the unique Seven-Step Pricing Strategy™. After attending this class, Associates will feel confident in their ability to help sellers arrive at the most appropriate entry-point price while at the same time adding greatly to their value proposition as a listing consultant.

Buyer Conversion Teaches Associates the five stages of effectively working with buyers. Associates learn a complete “Buyers Process,” which covers how to facilitate a buyer conversation, identify appropriate properties, prepare showing packages, show homes, overcome common buyer hesitations and close the sale.

Real Estate Sales Perspective PART 1 Associates learn the two irrefutable facts of real estate and the unique entrepreneurial approach. Fact #1: Real Estate Sales is a GET RICH Business. Discusses the difference between being busy, productive and mastering your skill. Your thoughts matter in your overall success. If you want to grow your business to the next level you must do things differently and focus on the right activities. Teaches Associates the difference between knowing and growing.

Real Estate Sales Perspective PART 2 Fact #2: Real Estate is BASIC. Teaches how to build a plan to achieve your aspirations and non-negotiable Lifestyle Number through plans and strategy.

Activities Management Provides an overview of the career-changing Activities Management System (A.M.S.), along with an introduction to the three phases of a successful business. Associates are challenged to discard the time-management myth and embrace the use of vital time blocks.

Negotiation Boot Camp Teaches a foundational framework for approaching any negotiation. The course covers a format for structuring your approach to navigating buyer and seller positions to tactics to be aware of when in the middle of a negotiation. Associates will learn how to become more intentional and proactive in their approach to maximizing value for their clients.

The Emotionally Intelligent Agent Teaches how to understand, manage and use emotional intelligence throughout a real estate transaction to provide the best experience for clients from start to close. Beginning with understanding what emotional intelligence is’ the course then dives into self-awareness, self-regulation and client implementation to begin building an emotional intelligence sales strategy to implement in your business.

Master Courses

The Leverage Summit Teaches experienced associates how to leverage themselves through team building. Associates are provided with complete job descriptions, interview forms, interview questions, behavioral assessments, and performance expectations for the purpose of hiring personal assistants, closing coordinators, listing coordinators, marketing coordinators, runners, buyer’s specialists, listing specialists, and team leaders. After this class associates will have a complete and proven system for finding, attracting, and hiring the talent needed for a highly proficient sales business.

Master Team Builder Provides direction for establishing a team built for success. Associates learn to develop a core team ideology, create a mission, and establish values, beliefs, and expectations. The subject matter covers different team organizational models and defines the various roles and job descriptions of team members. This class is designed specifically for anyone wanting to start a team or take their existing team to the next level of production.

This checklist is designed to cover the majority of tasks required for your transition from transfer of listings and TAR/MLS membership to re-branding and becoming familiar with your new RE/MAX Select Products and Services. Everyone approaches these things differently. Some like to work on their own, some want to delegate as much as possible, and some want help with some things and want to do the rest at home in their jammies. If you are new to RE/MAX, you will receive a welcome email from RE/MAX LLC with your new RE/MAX email and log in information. Once you get this, please log into MaxCenter (remax.net. Go to the RE/MAX University tab and check out “New to RE/MAX”. Some of what you will see listed below is also repeated in this program.

 Email Personal Bio (up to 100 words) to DOO

 Email a High Resolution (300dpi+) Head Shot and Lifestyle Photo to DOOO

 Obtain Listings/Buyer Agreement Transfers (if applicable)

Obtain Transfers Signed By Your Client and Current Broker and Upload To Dotloop or Email To DOOO Do Not Leave Them With Your Current Broker.

 Download contacts and transactions from your company CRM or Transaction Platform.

 Notify Your Current Broker by email that you will sever your license Transfer to LC680930000 (Tucson) or LC68093000001 (Green Valley) with ADRE and notify DOOO so we can approve transfer.
