Expectations

Our Mission is to Serve, Empower and Inspire Agents. It is important to us that you feel like a valued member of this Company. We expect you to let us know if you are not delighted with everything we do or if you see something that we could be doing better. Not only are we continuously improving our systems for the benefit of all, we are constantly getting updates of forms and standards of care in the industry. We get direction from RE/ MAX, the Arizona Department of Real Estate, the State Legislature, the National, State, Tucson and Scottsdale Association of Realtors, and Southern Arizona and Arizona Regional MLS’s. We have many teachable moments that need to be shared and adopted by our agents in order to maintain the standard of a reasonably prudent Realtor in Tucson, Arizona. This is the “Standard of Care” required for serving the public. For these reasons and more, we expect everyone to read the Realtor Code of Ethics, MLS Rules, ADRE Rules of Professional Conduct, The RE/MAX Brand Identity Manual, Monday updates (RE/MAX Select Weekly News, the Company Policies and Procedures and Procedures for Dotloop. All of You should be familiar with and read every form that you expect a client to sign. See Company Policies and Procedures for more information. Attendance at Company meetings and functions is encouraged but not expected.

24/7 Access

With your office key you have 24/7 access to your office when you need it. If you desire the same access to the other office, ask the Director of Operations for that office to give you a tour and a key.

Broker Assistance

Text is preferred. Jay will return your contact as soon as possible. If you are able to review your contract documents for an answer, please try to do this before contacting your broker. Please read the Company Policies and Procedures Manual online in dotloop as soon as possible and see Jay with any questions.

Equipment

Computers: Laptop Computers available for your use anywhere in the office. We recommend that you bring your own laptop and connect to the Copier.

Copiers: No printer codes required. We ask you to be frugal with the color copies and print in color only when needed and only as many copies as you need.
