Dear Junior School Families,

As an educator, I strongly believe in the power and talent of our students. Adults must listen to and trust them in order to take a lead role in their learning process.

At school, we must cultivate an environment that allows students to flourish and develop the skills needed to succeed in a world that changes continuously.

I also believe that learning should be fun and challenging. If we follow the same goals, we might continue creating a strong sense of community that directly benefits our students, and the construction of a learning system which promotes action plans for permanent growth.

Junior School Teachers in Lirima School work hard to help students identify their strengths, self-study is an important tool which gains importance along with autonomy, leadership, and our 4 main school values which are also key to success.

The pandemic has caused a great shift in teaching and learning. This 2021 will be built upon the positiveness that came out during 2020, we aim to learn more through discussions, create connections and build personal learning networks to support our continued professional development with
