This annual customer purchase exit survey was conducted of actual member usage beginning on 01/01/2021 and ending 12/31/2021 by Liquid Soap Products’ internal Art & Marketing department. All survey data received is included in this document, disregarding any personally indentifying customer information data that may have been received. An entry for a prize drawing was offered as an incentive for customers to give their honest feedback. Each question had a choice of “Prefer not to answer” so that users could choose to enter the drawing without requiring them to answer.
