GoHealthy360ÂŽ Membership Survey 2020 Liquid Soap Products is committed to quality. We continuously monitor the production of our products to ensure the highest quality standards. We strive to make the quality of our products, support, brand identities and web properties the best they can be. We created a short customer exit survey to ask the end users of our products what they think. This document reveals what the actual consumers of our products said about their membership, our website and our products.

This shows that the end users found the GoHealthy360.com membership site easy to navigate 1 /almost 1 and order their products. The data reveals an 90% positive response between “Extremely easy” and “OK”. This has trended upward since the launch in October of 2018 of our brand-new website. The new GoHealthy360.com makes ordering easier than ever!

This annual customer purchase exit survey was conducted of actual member usage beginning on 01/01/2020 and ending 12/31/2020 by Liquid Soap Products’ internal Art & Marketing department. All survey data received is included in this document, disregarding any personally indentifying customer information data that may have been received. An entry for a prize drawing was offered as an incentive for customers to give feedback. Each question had a choice of “Prefer not to answer” so that users could choose to enter the drawing without requiring them to answer.
