We decided to launch a development programme in partnership with the Housing Diversity Network to invest in the development of local people, with the hope that these individuals will become future LHP Board members.
We know that not everyone will feel they have the skills, knowledge, or experience to be successful in securing a Board position. This programme is designed to provide the opportunity for you to develop your skills, knowledge, and confidence - so we are not looking for the finished article.
HDN developed the programme in recognition of the lack of diversity across the housing association boards.
