These next few pages are typogaphic treatments of poetry dedicated to Khalil Hawi, Lebanon’s most tragic poet. After documenting abandoned and decaying architecture around Lebanon, I used the images and texts to illustrate the mood and tone of Hawi’s voice.

A flipbook animation to show the proggression of aviation, and the excellent airline that was here to see it all.

. / SIEVE THROUGH \ STOP MOTION

The opening credits to a play where five women suddenly wake up in purgatory and reflect on their lives.

. / CLERKENWELL DESIGN WEEK \ BRAND PROMOTION

Celebrating 200 Years of Armitage Shanks and 100 years of the Marcel Duchamp’s famous urinal display, in two separate events held during Clerkenwell Design Week. The designs were used for promotion purposes, RSVP links in email banners, awareness, and flyers. The results generated into a successful 500 person attended event.

A glimpse into some layouts purposed on brand promotion of a new designer-led bathroom brand called Sottini. We needed to create content for clients and the sales force in the form of interactive presentations, pamphlets, booklets, email banners, and set design.

A glimpse into some layouts purposed on brand promotion of a new designer-led bathroom brand called Sottini. We needed to create content for clients and the salesforce in the form of interactive presentations, pamphlets, booklets, email banners, and set design.

. / PHOTOREALISTIC RENDERS

Using Virtual Worlds, and Adobe suite to create these photorealistic renders. Clients would also be able to experience the visuals on 4D virtual reality.

An exhibition that i helped curate and organize with artist, Jules Bakhos, in his first solo exhibition. From lighting to execution and signage systems, we turned an old factory into a gallery space, to sell and discuss art.

. / BULB FICTION \ FLYERS

A bulletin for a light design company called “Bulb Fiction�, printed on Calc tracing paper. The blue bulletin was to inform people of an upcoming light installation exhibition, the green one, a festival issue, and the purple issue was about lighting design and their designers.

. / COLOR BLIND EXHIBITION \ FLYER

Printed in different colors on thin pieces of paper, the flyers were given out, and used for Instagram promotion of the exhibition Color Blind.

. / IDENTITY AND LOGOS

The Froghopper for a portable bar service and catering. Don Mischer a live entertainment production company, and The Notch a restaurant/cafe located outdoors at the top of a mountain.

. / THEATRE OF THE ABSURD \ PUBLIC INTERVENTION

A teaser to raise awareness about an upcoming play of an absurd genre. This would be placed in public spaces to generate commotion.

. / ROAD SAFETY \ PUBLIC INTERVENTION

A dangerous turn on a main road in Beirut, Lebanon is highlighted with a visual signage system. These skid marks are coming out of the ground to warn drivers of the upcoming sharp turn, which has witnessed thousands of accidents in the past.

. / SEASONS OF MIGRATION TO THE NORTH \ PUBLICATION

A book design on the arabic novel Seasons of Migration to the North by Tayeb Salih. The protagonist of the story is a witty man who conquers women and land through knowledge, violence, and seduction. I tried to portray this using the ephermeral circle and the effect of black on delicate parchment paper.

. / ‫ موسم‬MAWSAM MAGAZINE \ PUBLICATION

A traditional Lebanese culture magazine inspired by old Persian lithography. Using 3D and flat colors to acheive an ancient layout yet modern design.
