We believe that play should be intensely enjoyable for children and vital for children’s learning and development throughout all key stages of growing up.
Play is an activity where children grow and develop in their unique ability to imagine, explore, and make decisions. Therefore, to design a space within the home where play is fostered is essential.
We believe that play is the foundation for joy and creativity in kids’ lives. Our aim is to design a space where children can imagine the world through their own eyes and happily express themselves. A great play space is about finding the balance between stimulus and order.
PLAY TABLE
A versatile table for kids featuring an optional chalkboard inset on top, it will keep kid’s happy for hours.
Frame options: solid timber, either Tasmanian Oak or American Oak.

TIP: to clean the chalkboard table top (back to black) use a small amount of coca-cola on a damp cloth.

Our Scoop bookcase collection is both a bookcase and storage unit in one.
With open cavities to display books and treasures and closed doors to stash away toys. Six doors feature a curved cut-out handle for easy opening, and the frame conceals intricate mitred joinery.

We are proud to confirm that Lilly & Lolly furniture is designed and handcrafted in Australia. Being local allows our team to offer complete customisation of your product to suit your space (room size/dimensions), interior design or furnishings.
Lilly & lolly customers are often surprised at the flexibility of our team, allowing changes of furniture to suit specific spaces.
Our upholstered ranges allow you to create the right look for your room, including offering variations in leg styles and timbers, as well as options for bedhead stitching colours to suit your interiors. The design team has selected a wide range from leading fabric houses for you to choose from. Alternatively, you can supply your own fabric if you have a specific look in mind.
Lilly & Lolly is available in both American Oak and Australian Tasmanian Oak, as these beautiful hardwoods have such durable properties. To achieve the look you require,
the wood can either be left in its natural state with a satin clear finish, or you can apply either a ‘Black Japan’ or ‘White Wash’ stain, which provides a tint, whilst allowing the integrity of the grain to be present.
Alternatively we can custom match a stain from your sample to allow your new Lilly & Lolly piece to integrate with existing furniture in your childs’ bedroom.
If your preference is for a painted finish, you can select from one of our six colour options or we can use any colour from the Dulux range.

Lilly & Lolly is an Australian-based furniture and lifestyle brand for children, synonymous with superior craftsmanship and luxury. Devoted to the sustainability of creating investment pieces that withstand the test of time, Lilly & Lolly’s commitment to uncompromising quality and detailed design is unwavering.
Lilly & Lolly had its genesis in textiles at Paddington Markets in 1998. The brand began because there was a gap in the market for modern lifestyle bedding for kids.
In 2004 Megan Butler joined the business and worked with Ashling Punnett to build a wholistic brand for kid’s interiors encompassing furniture, bedding and homewares to create complete rooms to be inspired by. Lilly & Lolly bedding and furniture were sold into stores all over Australia plus flagship stores were established in the PYD Building, Waterloo (Sydney) and the coveted shopping destination suburb, Albert Park (Melbourne).
In 2012 Megan took up full ownership and fulfilled the roles of Sales & Marketing plus Creative Director. With a passion for a bright future, despite floods, economic downturn and Covid-19, Megan used these adversities to reimagine Lilly & Lolly and, with the use of technology, created and launched the innovative and interactive website you are using today.
