I HAVE CHANGE THE COLOR SCHEME AND ADDED ALUMINIUM COPING TO THE FACADE FOR MORE ATTRACTIVE LOOKS. I HAVE CHOOSEN RED COLOR AND YELLOW COLOR FOR THE COLOR SCHEME OPTION FOR THE ALUMIUNIUM COPING ON THE MIDDLE PART BECAUSE IT IS A VIBRANCE COLOR WHICH WILL CATCH PEOPLE ATTENTION. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I HAVE ADDED THE ALUMINIUM COPING ON THE MIDDLE PART WITH APPLYING THE RYTHM CONCEPT FOR MORE FUN IN TERMS OF DESIGN

I HAVE TO FIND THE IRONMONGERY ON THE CATALOG AND TRACK THE CODE AND LIST DOWN . THEN I NEED TO CHECK BACK THE SPECIFICATION OF THE IRONMONGERYSUCH AS MATERIALS IS STAINLESS STEEL , PLASTIC OR BRASS. LASTLY, I NEED TO SEND A BROCHURE SUBMISSION TO THE CONTRACTOR TO APPROVE THE MATERIALS FOR THEM TO BUY

I HAVE TO WRITE DOWN WHAT THE THINGS THAT CLIENT MENTION ABOUT THE ONGOING PROJECT BEFORE PROCEED TO SITE MEETING. THIS IS BECAUSE THE PROJECT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THERE ARE ALWAYS PROBLEM OCCUR DURING SITE EVALUATION OR SITE INSPECTION BY THE PROJECT MANAGER IN ORDER TO SOLVE IT , THEY MUST REPORT TO US AND WE WILL DISCUSS ABOUT WHAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION TO SOLVE IT.

AFTER CLIENT CONSULTANT MEETING WE WILL PROCEED TO SITE MEETING WHICH IS MEETING WITH CLIENT,CONTRACTOR M&E AND ALL THE PERSON WHO ARE IN CHARGE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION. THUS, WE WILL QUESTION BACK THE CONTRACTOR ABOUT THE CLIENT NEEDS OR ISSUE THAT ARE DISCUSS DURING CLIENT CONSULTANT MEETING.

I HAVE LEARN HOW TO DRAW RAMP DETAILS ACCORDING TO ARCHITECTS APPROVAL AND CASE STUDY. THUS, I HAVE AMENDED GAP OF GROVE LINE AND ADDED THE DRAINAGE AT THE SIDE OF GROVE LINE TO REMOVE EXCESS WATER TO PREVENT FLOOD IN THE CAR PARK.
