This month’s newsletter is a little different rather than our usual format, we’re bringing you a recap of our annual Christmas party! From laughter and team bonding to important discussions about the future of Lighthouse Visuals, the event was both a celebration of how far we’ve come and an exciting glimpse into what’s ahead.

And while the party was a chance to reflect on all we’ve accomplished, it was also about looking forward—to the new tools, strategies, and talent that will carry Lighthouse Visuals into the future.

One of the highlights of our Christmas in August celebration was recognizing the incredible efforts of our teams across all markets. As of the end of August, Lighthouse Visuals has completed 15,528 jobs company-wide, a milestone made possible by everyone’s hard work and dedication. We’re especially proud to spotlight our Top 5 Teams in Job Count Volume, whose consistent excellence continues to set the bar high. Congratulations to each of you for driving our success forward!

Sara sat down with Rick Parks to unpack the important differences between customer service and customer experience—two terms often used interchangeably but with very different impacts on a business. Together, they explored how recognizing the nuance between the two can transform the way we approach client interactions. The key takeaway? While service solves problems, experience creates lasting impressions—and mastering both is the key to building stronger relationships and long-term success.
