LHVNow: Company Newsletter - September 2025 (Issue #3)
This month’s newsletter is a little different rather than our usual format, we’re bringing you a recap of our annual Christmas party! From laughter and team bonding to important discussions about the future of Lighthouse Visuals, the event was both a celebration of how far we’ve come and an exciting glimpse into what’s ahead.
Throughout the gathering, we shared big updates and announcements that will shape the way we serve our clients and support one another:
Customer Service vs. Customer Experience:
We also celebrated the incredible work being done across our top markets, recognizing the efforts of our teams who continue to set the standard for real estate media. And while the party was a chance to reflect on all we’ve accomplished, it was also about looking forward—to the new tools, strategies, and talent that will carry Lighthouse Visuals into the future.
This issue is packed with highlights from the event photos, videos, and standout moments we’re excited to share with you. Let’s keep the momentum going as we close out the year stronger than ever!

Sara X Rick
Sara sat down with Rick Parks to unpack the important differences between customer service and customer experience—two terms often used interchangeably but with very different impacts on a business. Together, they explored how recognizing the nuance between the two can transform the way we approach client interactions. The key takeaway? While service solves problems, experience creates lasting impressions—and mastering both is the key to building stronger relationships and long-term success.
Nuff said. Only you can prevent these tragedies. Fly responsibly!
