Manage Non-Lifetouch Portraits

Overview

Non-Lifetouch portraits are photos of students taken by an outside vendor. A specific process is required for those portraits to be available on the website.

Photo Requirements

• PSPA Format

• Recommended image size 640x800

• Images must be saved using the RGB color profile

• All images must be the same aspect ratio

• Images must be saved as .JPG or. TIF (.JPG is strongly recommended)

How to Get Photos Upload to The Yearbook Website

1. Send an email to yearbookadvisersupport@shutterfly.com with the following information. a. In the subject line: School Name & Job # (located on the Yearbook website upper righthand side).

2. Send a zip file or link to the photos to be uploaded. a. Please be sure that the zip file/link are accessible without a password or username. DO NOT share login credentials.

3. When an email is sent with the required information the Yearbook Support Team will receive the request and send an email response back when photos are available.
