rookhaven international realtor, Christian Ross of Christian Sold It and the current (and youngest) president of the Atlanta Chapter of The Women Council of Realtors, made her second appearance on the newest season of HGTV’s “House Hunters” in September. Christian is becoming a media go-to source in network programming. She and her husband live right here in Brookhaven and she has been working with her team of nine years to provide commercial and residential real estate services to clients in Brookhaven, Buckhead and beyond. During her first appearance on the popular HGTV show, she helped an unreasonable buyer find a new home at $40k, and in the September episode, she helped her clients, world travelers Fabio and Rafaelle, upgrade to a new condo. While they both loved the modern look, Rafaelle also enjoys homes with some European charm. They wanted to find a place with a view as well as some green space for their dog, Ultimo. They also needed a guest room when Fabio’s parents come to visit, and they want to make sure they are in within walking distance to the train station and shops and restaurants. they scored an adorable apartment in Midtown and their episode was a success. Christian has lived in Atlanta more than 16 years, dotting the in-town map with homes in Buckhead, Grant Park, Downtown and up to Sandy Springs. She has lived in Brookhaven the last four years with her husband, returning after a few years in Buckhead where the volume and noise of construction drove them back to their favorite Brookhaven neighborhood. “We love it! The best things about living in Brookhaven is the convenience. You are close to highways, shopping, eateries and more. Without traffic, it takes me 10 minutes to get to Midtown or South Buckhead,” says Christian. “It is the best of both worlds - being close to the city’s offerings without the direct congestion. There is also a sense of community with that sentiment growing more and more.” She shops locally too, frequenting Brookhaven Home, The Mercantile and the antique shops in Chamblee. “I am choosing wallpaper now from Brookhaven Home!” She and her husband grab dinner at Verde, Smash, Haven or Bua Thai & Sushi and enjoy taking out-of-town guests to the The 57th Fighter Group Restaurant or NY Prime.
