The job description:
• Providing Finance & Insurance advice and solutions to all potential new and existing customers; • Accurate preparation of all Finance & Insurance paperwork, for submission to one of several lenders, and processing through to settlement (administration support provided for document preparation, etc).
To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualities:
• Proven experience as a Business Manager (from an automotive background preferred but not essential); • A commitment to high-quality Customer Service and Satisfaction; • Be honest, reliable and consistently adhere to policies and procedures; • Excellent communication skills; • Excellent administration skills; • Strong closing skills.

Primarily this position is day shift, however there are times when the successful applicant will be required to work a rotating 4-shift roster. You will be responsible for project work, scheduled & unscheduled breakdown maintenance and trouble shooting.
To be considered for this position you will have:
• An appropriate trade qualification • Experience in machine trouble shooting, problem solving and fault finding • The ability to read and understand engineering drawings • Demonstrated experience in pneumatic and hydraulic equipment (preferred) • Established metal machining skills (preferred) • Experience in fabrication / welding (an advantage) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team To be successful, you must be motivated and be willing to put in the effort required to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount. This is a full-time permanent position.
