This is the Autumn Festival at Lido Palace, an opportunity to experience exclusive moments dedicated to all lovers of good food and wine. Michelin-starred chefs will demonstrate their expertise, technique, and creativity. In interactive cooking classes, you will learn the secrets of haute cuisine, and in masterclasses and guided tastings, you will discover and appreciate fine wines and high-quality ingredients.

Autumn at Cento11 Spa

Autumn enters Cento11 Spa with its colors, scents, and flavors, welcoming external guests with relaxing paths inspired by seasonal fruits. A 4-hour SPA – Special Day is available to enjoy treatments designed to warm up the autumn season.

Candle Massage with Autumn Fragrances

Relieve all accumulated muscle tension and feel relaxed and rejuvenated once again. The Candle Massage combines the manual skills of a deep massage with the warmth and properties of natural ingredients. It is a unique type of massage done with specific candles made of vegetable oils and butters that deeply hydrate and nourish the skin while also providing deep relaxation for the body and mind.

Cacao Ritual

Cacao has many benefits for our body. It is an antidepressant as it releases endorphins, anti-aging as it’s rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, which help prevent and fight skin aging by acting against free radical damage. It stimulates metabolism and is a powerful moisturizer and nutrient thanks to cacao butter, rich in fatty acids. For the Autumn Festival, we offer a body scrub with shea butter and cacao + Candle Massage with cacao – 80’

Ritual Couple massage with Autumn Fragrances

The Rasul Bath, originating from the Arabic tradition, is a ceremony known as the “queen of oriental baths.” Its effectiveness is based on the use of the four primary elements: air, water, earth, and fire. Similar to a Turkish bath, it differs in having a lower temperature, releasing aromas into the air, and the application of clays and essential oils, creating a beneficial experience for both body and spirit.

The ritual includes:

Yoga - Cacao Ritual

From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, a journey guided by Regina, a yoga teacher, designed to restore psycho-physical balance. The ritual begins with an hour of meditation to clear the mind and prepare for the Cacao Ritual, inspired by South American tradition, which includes prayers and mantras to connect with one’s deep self. The experience concludes with an hour of relaxation in the spa to rejuvenate both body and mind.

Edoardo Fumagalli

Edoardo Fumagalli, a chef from Brianza born in 1989, began his career working with great masters such as Gualtiero Marchesi and Daniel Canzian, honing his passion for cooking. After significant experiences in France and New York, he returned to Italy, where he refined a light and balanced culinary style that earned him a Michelin star. In 2017, he won the S.Pellegrino Young Chef award as Italy’s best emerging chef. He currently leads the Lunelli family’s gastronomic project at Locanda Margon in Trento, offering creative and refined cuisine.

Giancarlo Morelli

Award-winning chef and successful entrepreneur, Giancarlo Morelli was born in the countryside of Bergamo. After formative experiences with masters such as Bernard Loiseau and Alain Ducasse, he opened his first restaurant, Pomiroeu, in Brianza in 1993, paying homage to the apple, a symbol of his childhood. Today, Morelli manages several restaurants, including Morelli and Bulk in Milan. A proponent of sustainable cuisine, he is a board member of CARE’s Ethical Chef Days.

The truffle, an underground fungus that grows in pristine forests, is synonymous with soil quality. Savini Tartufi collaborates with over 350 truffle hunters across Italy, who provide the best truffles daily. Luciano Savini personally selects the finest specimens, used in high-end restaurants.

The quality of Ferrari sparkling wines comes from hand-selected grapes from the Lunelli family’s vineyards and the collaboration with 500 Trentino winemakers. Production is carried out with great attention to detail, making Ferrari a symbol of the Metodo Classico in Italy.

Founded in 1793 in Salò, on Lake Garda, Cedral Tassoni is an icon of Italian quality in the beverage world. The famous Cedrata is one of its flagship products. In 2021, the company was acquired by the Lunelli Group, with the aim of establishing itself as the Italian luxury soft drink in the mixology world.

Domori is a global leader in the processing of fine cocoa, with a constant commitment to the preservation of rare cocoa varieties, their habitat, and the well-being of farmers. Its philosophy focuses on recovering the pure essence of noble cocoa through an artisanal process of excellence.

Based in Dreux, Dammann Frères is one of the leading French tea producers, known for its natural flavorings. The company imports tea from the best gardens around the world, ensuring the quality of the final product.

In the northern part of Lake Garda, the mild climate allows for the cultivation of olive trees. The olives are harvested in November and cold-pressed to obtain a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, characterized by fruity and spicy notes.

Artisanal panettone has earned its place in the realm of Italian pastry excellence.

The Lido Palace’s Slow Luxury Capsule includes an exclusive line of numbered panettones, available in three varieties:

Savory: Gargnano capers, saffron, and candied lemons from Garda.

Sweet: Valrhona white chocolate, salted caramel, and Maldon sea salt flakes.

Limited Edition: Garda “molche,” candied figs, and Valrhona gianduja.

The SLC line will be presented in a Christmas preview at Gallia Excelsior Hotel in Milan.
