Durham County Library will host world renowned Wizard Rock band Harry and the Potters as they bring their Ride the Lightning 2011 tour to Durham on Monday, July 18 for a free all-ages show at Casbah from 7-9 p.m., sponsored by Durham Library Foundation. Brothers Paul and Joe DeGeorge have been performing rock songs about the Harry Potter universe since 2002. They played a sold-out show for the library in January 2007. The rock group visits Durham again to celebrate the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. For more information about the program, contact Autumn Winters at 560-8598.
