4 Mexicali House
Located in the city of Mexicali in Baja California, this house is designed for a family of 3 persons with potential of beign four in a future. The family is integrated of father and mother that both do home office, and a little child. The activities they like are excercise, cooking and having barbecues.
The client desires a modern home of natural materials and very green and fresh. This home is quite “little” compared to the 900 square meters, the wish of the family.
The house compose of one big kitchen, a bar, an office, a joined dinning room with living room and a great look at the end of the stairs, with a parking space for three cars. In the second floor are one enormous master bethroom with a walk in closet and a restroom, one gym and two beedroom with restroom each. The benne-
Smart City “City of the future today”
This proyect consist of a New City made in Mexico, at the outside area of Mexico City. The proyect is based in the Susteinable Development goals of the United Nations.
The City is made by giving the priority to the people and to the nature, taking to a second placce the cars, but taking good care of the movility.
All the proyect is made with detail by a programatic base of managment. The base hubs of the proyect consist of residences for everyone, feeding, education, sports and health; with this points, every single society can and should be independent, capable of think and auto suficient.

Grape Vid Cultural Center
The following complex proyect located in the city of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, consists of a Cultural Center with zones for the developing of cultural activities as music, acting, painting, sculpting, amon other ones; as well as typical gastronomy of the zone and country.
The goal of the proyect is about having one of the most important among this tpe of complex in the country, being an important point in the residents, as well as a point for tourists.
The architecture will be based and inspired in the type of activities and arts that will be in it, having the building in the art itself giving the priority in the sustentability as base of the complex, among other important points.
Minerva House
The following house was design with a ver clear proposal, to give a home to a family. This home was made for a family of four people, this family gave the coments of the social areas the more important, giving it a lot of areas to partys and events. Also, some of the coments were open spaces, lot of natural light and consider the climate of the city in pro of the house and climate.

Urban Park
The design and construcción was developed aside a mall and principal ways of the zone so it can give more variety in activities, and also, because there are lot of houses in the area. This park pretends to offer to the community, a space where the people can develop social activities, spotive ones and cultural. The physical activity is the important part, appart from giving fresh air to the city, a need. Also, it will count with plans and ones for preservation of species.
