The house is placed in a residential zone in Mexicali, Baja California in the northern borden of Mexico with a location in the corner with two roads and a considerable amount of car circulations, adding the climate factor, makes this proyect and interesting challenge.
A housed made for a family waiting for a baby, with home office work and love for house parties, plants and little cultivation, with the family profile, starts defining us some areas of spaces.
The concept departs from the protection from the view of públic road giving us privacy, same as protecting from climate and desert factors, giving us the perspectives and important facades, as well as defining some volume criteria.
The intention in every moment of design was to do the house the most ecological possible, with natural materials, and impacting the lowest in nature and the surrounding.
The project is made with double walls of nature elements with a space in the middle with air with Argón, which contains and protects the rude temperatures, making it ecollogical and self intelligent. The resultant volume is an interesting and beautiful design wich allows and interior and exterior development.

The constant necessity of housing in Mexico City, mixed with innovation and change in the way of living and developing, inspires to enterpreneurs and government to create opportunities of projects very profitables to them in which persons can live well.
The project “Magdalena Chichicaspa” represents a new visionary proposal of sustainable urban development located strategically just at the outside of Mexico City up to Toluca City. Covering a surface of 310 hectares, this project aims to create a modernn urban environment that respects nature while meeting the growing demands of the population.
The design features 3 inicially controlled acces points, and efficent road infrastructure, over 5.4 million square meters of green areas, fostering a high quality of life. Additionally, the project incorporates sustinable design principles, like a smart city, focusing on the recovery of contaminated water and ensuring the availabiilty of high-impact public spaces.
The masterplan proposes a very carefully planned urban layout that balances the vehicle connectivity, pedestrian pathways, and green spaces, focusing on people, not in vehicles and making the 15 minutes city.
With strategic investment and with the costs, the development promises a potential 409% investment return up only to the completion of lotification, making it a high profitable and susteinable venture.
The Magdalena Chichicaspa project not only envisions a controlled organized urban growth but also demonstrates a strong commitment to susteinability and innovative architectural design

The following Cultural Center project is developed in the city of Ensenada, Baja California, this project involves zones for cultural activities like music, performance, painting and arts, sculping, belong some others; as well as gastronomy of the surrounding.
The purpose of the project is to develop an example to follow, to do a point of union in the city, doing it an important point in Ensenada and key to the residents of the zone as well as tourists.
The architect is based and inspired in the kind of activities are done, in arts. Susteinability and climate are priority and base of the complex.
In terms of susteinability the constructions count with solar panels, plants in cielings, light colors, reciclying of water.
