Ithassomeofthefinest,andrarest,examplesof ArtDecointeriordesigninthecountry,painted byGeorgeSheringham.

ThemuralsfeaturePersianhuntingscenesand thebarrelceilinghasdecorativemotifsofthe zodiac.ThisisaccompaniedbyMaxwellAyrton's stunningchimneypiece.

THE DINING ROOM

Theathleticspitchincludesa300metregrass track,andasyntheticlongjump.Ourrugby pitchistheperfectfacilitytohireforlocalclubs intheSherbornearealookingtotrainorexercise outside.

LewestonSchoolisdelightedtobeapartnerof theBathSchoolsRugbyProgrammewhich providesourstudentsandotherlocalpupilswith theopportunitytoreceivehighqualitycoaching sessionsaswellasparticipateinmasterclassesand roadshows.

TheItalianGardenisabeautifulsettingforyour weddingbreakfast,eveningdrinksorintimate outdoordinner.

DesignedbyThomasMawsonin1912,the enclosedgardenislocatedoutsidetheDrawing Room.Itisanidyllicvenueforasummer celebration,setamongstthebeautifulflowers, andnexttothecentralpond.

THE BELVEDERE

TheBelvedereisanenchantingfeatureinspired bythewalkofTheVillade'EstenearFlorence. Thestatuteattheentranceisareplicaofthe FlorentineBoarwhich,inturn,isacopyofthe RomanmarblestatuehousedintheUffizi Museum.

Ashortwoodedwalkleadstoanaturalcrescent amphitheatrewithacentralwell,lookingout overtheDorsetcountryside.Thelocationistruly magical,makingitaperfectsettingforany outdoorcelebration.
