Breakfast Stations For breakfasts under 15 guests, a select menu will be provided. Pricing is per person, unless otherwise specified. All breakfast displays include a maximum of two hours of service. Maximum of two entrée selections and one vegetarian selection with the highest price entrée prevailing as the per person price for all guests for plated breakfasts. An additional $25 per person coordination fee will be applied for multiple choice entrée menus. Our strolling receptions and dinners are events designed to encourage a guest to explore, socialize, and interact with the chef, attendants, and each other. Each station offers tapas-sized portions of fully constructed dishes so that the guests can sample a wide variety of offerings over a longer period of time, moving from station to station and exploring the various culinary samples. Celebrate, socialize and enjoy fine dining and liberations in an inviting and interactive style. *A $300 Chef Fee is required for action stations per 50 guests.

Hotel Policies SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX All Food, Beverage, and Audio-Visual prices quoted are subject to 7% sales tax, and a 26% taxable service charge. There is an additional 3% tax on liquor sales. All taxes are subject to change, and all room rental and service charges are subject to sales tax as prescribed by state law. Banquet Service Charge is not a tip or gratuity. This charge is compulsory

and

related

to

the

cost

for

providing

the

described contracted location, goods and/or services, and will be shared among employees and the organization. Menu and pricing are subject to change without notice. EVENT TIMES All events will commence after five hours unless otherwise contracted. Noise ordinances set by the City of Savannah will be followed; events with amplified music must end by midnight (12 AM). FINAL GUEST COUNTS All details and final menu selections are required two weeks prior to the event. Guaranteed counts are due to the catering department no later than 10am ET seven days prior to the function. Client is responsible for producing and providing the hotel individual place cards with entrée choice noted. A spreadsheet of the breakdown is required and both items are required three business days prior to the event for all plated dinner.

STATIONS If stations are expected to be out longer than 2 hours, there is a $10.00 per guest, per hour charge to accommodate. PLATED SELECTIONS Our private event offerings are designed as pre-selected, set menus; please follow the guidelines: Maximum of two (2) entrée selections and one (1) vegetarian option will be available for all meals. Client is responsible for producing and providing the hotel individual place cards with entrée choice noted. A spreadsheet of the breakdown is required and both items are required at least five business days prior to the event. CATERING Please note our Chef will make seasonal substitutions without notice to ensure the freshest in season experience. As most of our food is prepared à la minute to provide the highest quality product, adherence to scheduled mealtimes is imperative. Uncommunicated delays in function start times may necessitate the preparation of food and will result in additional fees. Delays in start times of more than an hour will result in additional labor charges.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE All Food & Beverage must be provided by Hotel Bardo. Any exceptions to this (including, but not limited to, wedding cakes, specialty desserts, kosher meals, and other religiously guided restrictions) must be approved by the Catering Sales Manager. SMOKING For the comfort of our guests, smoking is prohibited except in designated areas. The Hotel reserves the right to change this policy at any time. CONDUCT The group is responsible for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for any damage incurred by individuals associated with or representing the group’s organization. Children must be supervised at all times. Any group or private party reserving function space at Hotel Bardo agrees to carry adequate liability and other insurance protecting themselves against any claims arising from any activities conducted at the Collections.

LIABILITY The Hotel will not assume liability for loss or damage of any items or equipment brought to the property. Any incoming shipments should not arrive more than a day in advance. The client also agrees to reimburse and hold harmless Hotel Bardo for the fair value of any damages or losses caused to the property or to third persons or their property by the Client, its guests or invitees. LOGO The Group shall not use the name, trademark or logo or any other proprietary designation of the Hotel in any advertising or promotional material without the prior written permission of the Hotel. Group shall comply with the terms and conditions required by the Hotel for such use. SIGNS AND BANNERS The Hotel reserves the right to approve all signage. All signs must be professionally printed. Printed signs outside function rooms should be free standing or on an easel. The club will assist in placing all signs and banners. Signs, banners and registration tables are not permitted in main lobby area to include main entrance, valet area and public areas without express written consent of the planning team in advance.

The resort will not permit any material or foreign object to be hung from the ceiling, walls, or light fixtures without the express written consent of the planning team and supervision by the hotels engineering staff at a rate of $25.00 per hour, per staff member. PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS Hotel Bardo requests that all promotional material and arrangements be presented to and approved in advance by Hotel management. The media is not permitted on the premises as a consideration to our guests without prior approval from our marketing department. No setup will take place in public areas at any time (lobby, galleries, porte cochère, etc.) without express written consent.
