Understanding Herman Miller

Living Office and Bee Spirit

Before meeting our client, we have done some mini research on the company’s background. Other than just Eames chair and Noguchi Isamu’s table, the new remarkable impression to us is actually their honeybee story and their product line on Living office.

Site Visit

Meeting our clients

It is the first time we made a trip to walk around their Genesis, Wong Chuk Hang office, yet it is also the last ever time to look at the site. We got to talk with a client representative, made a mini site inspection to learn about their living office typology, and we discussed on the project objectives. We have also interviewed the receptionist and some staffs on their opinions on the office and their working habits.

Site Visit

Site measurements It was an dizzling afternoon when we did the site inspection. Even when the sun has come out from the clouds, our site seems to have no direct sunlight. The overall environment is cool and dim. The view is basically facing to mainly factory buildings, the short sides facing grey concrete walls of neighbouring buildings. Yet there is a small gap for some mountain view far away. The two terraces are distinguished by one having a pantry connection and one facing more mountain view (our chosen side).

03 Process to Interim

Throughout the process we have been developing 2 lines of ideas. They constantly develop to qualify each others’ ideas, influencing each other. They may share very similar underlaying concept, yet they have a very different way of execution. Hereby the process will show the 2 lines of developments, and the process of having them merge and separate.

We have been drawing up our ideas and discussing ideas in the same room, putting our process onto whiteboards. Sketchy, calculations, brainstorming..

1

Development from logo (Linear extension)

2

Landscape Concept Discouraging interaction among people

1

Testing out feasibility and the comfort levels sitting on plastic caps beanbags.

2

Models

1

Spaceship form idea : Encouraging interaction

2

Stadium idea: Manipulating vision to focus on targetted views. Ball-shaped leveled seatings

2 Clay model testing for stadium idea: any possible forms?

2 Model testing for stadium idea: ball-seats of different levelled heights

2 Model testing for stadium idea: any special spatial experience entering terrace from office?

1+2 Form into Space Development

Spatial planning variations: putting spaceship and stadium together

1+2 Form Development

Merging spaceship with stadium

Landscape + Stand & Lying + Stadium Stadium idea - manipulating vision

1+2 Form Development

Form inspiration from “Y-chair

1+2 Space Development

Spatial planning with new “Y-chair”form

One of the sketched spatial variations containing “Y-chair” inspired bracket furniture: Bracket furniture in the middle, with bar table lining one side of terrace, and a sloped landscape lining another side.

1+2 Space Development

Scenario imagination using the terrace

Using the terrace with all sorts of postures Slope relaxation space

Big gathering bracket space

View-looking privacy corner along the balustrade bar benches

1+2 Space and form Development Dimensions and body

From bar table to balustrade to slope An idea to gradually shift the inclination angles to make transitions of user postures, from standing, leaning to laying down and sitting

Finding out dimensions constraints in the terrace with bar benches -Width of passage - Max width of furniture - Max length of furniture - Possible furniture size and width in between ( )

1+2 Form Development Form development

A brainstorming process of the “Extend-it concept. We have been proposing tensioned material with thin structure. Thus, we referred our furniture to the Y chair of Herman Miller. Trials were made inspiring from materials or forms of the chair.

1+2 Concept Development Troubleshooting time

Troubleshooting for the “Y-chair” design option

1+2 Basic Spatial Planning Options Spatial planning diagrams

Sketched version: How to divide spatial programs in the terrace

Red: Focal area Blue: Circulation space, Short staying Yellow: Longer staying Green: Plants Grey: For individual-use

1 Concept Re-Development

Bracket - Solution transition from extend-it to rotational

We developed rotation seating since the linear motion of “Extendit has limited possibilities regarding the spatial planning. By pairing up different sides of the device through rotation, variety of modes could be achieved.

2 Concept Re-Development

Slash - A reconstituted concept from stadium

1+2 Plants

Vegetation choices

We have researched on plants that can survive under dim environments, and can survive both indoor and outdoor. The more preferrable plants: - Bunting (pothos) - Rosemary These are great plants with wonderful functions; bunting to clean air, rosemary boosts productivity and creativity.

1+2 Space Development Graphics and space

Graphics trying to apply on the floor

1+2 Presentation Storyboard

Idea 2 Slash

Concept of slope Start thinking from the point of view of people using this terrace. We plan to isolate the people from the office, and we sketch out a design of “one slope “ to be a terrace. People can plug in to the slope. However, this concept will waste a lot of space.

Another thinking on slope aims to increase the interactive between colleagues, and we sketch out that the people sit and walk between the gap of slope

Adding divider This sketch come out with the idea of child playground. The concept of “playscape”. Imagining people can walk across the differnt room in the terrace and what will it be. However, this idea is really like a siutation in the office.

Leveling and Modualr ‘Playscape’ idea development. Putting different level and modular room in the terrace, people can sit around and hace a better interaction in between and start to have different guestures

Idea 2 Slash

Nesting and sloping Thinking about what if the terrace combine with a linear slope. Having a long branch in the terrace can engage people to sit together. However, when we put in the terrace in right scale, we found that the terace is too small and only few.

With the original consideration of not harming their terrace’s default tiles-floorings, we had came up with an idea to gather pieces of different materials together to make certain graphics. The original objectives of the floor graphics is to indicate a sense of direction to lead users to walk through inside.

Trying out the effects with graphics on the flooring, developed into having silvery tapings of different lineweights indicating the rotational directions, but seemed not very successful even though it has a pleasant appearance.

Chan ManYee Introduction This year, my cooperative project mainly designed 400 square metre terrace of Herman Miller in Wong Chuk Hang. The program provided chances for me to get into the physical world by collaborating with clients, classmates and professor. The aim of this project was to develop personal communication skills, ability in problem solving and creative thinking.

Small moment one – Sharing what we have learned It was first experience to work in a large group of 8 students, composed of product design, environmental and interior design and communication design. At the beginning, I was worried about overlapping duty for product students and interior design students because both disciplines could design objects.

13073417d

However, the reality changed my thought and surprised me. Apart from designing the shape of outdoors furniture, we have to consider materiality, texture, colour and joint details of products. When I asked for material suggestions, product students were so engaged to share what they learned from lessons and printed books. Their professional knowledge broadened my horizon because some specific

or recyclable material names I have never heard before. As interior design student, we were better to know the construction materials such as floor, facade and ceiling components but not the furniture element. It was favorable starting point to exchange the knowledge among different disciplines. Interior design students worked on spatial arrangement; product students managed furniture details and communication design student decided colour scheme and pattern of the whole project. From this experience, I was glad to be one of the interior design

students in 7/F group. Although we came from different design background, we still work as productive and harmonious group. Small moment two – Self learning ability The biggest challenge was designing a real terrace without any experience. I did not reach the scope of outdoors project from year 1 to year 3. How to design a terrace beyond imagination but in practical way became continuous question in this project. Our group started from zero, including understanding the

requirement from clients, self study via surfing the Net and reading the books. It was probably my first time to understand terrace design in reality. I expected to have deepened my understanding of these topics and considered the external factors affecting our design. For example, the weather and sunlight direction might affect the materiality of products, and human activities were influenced by furniture shape. This learning process enhanced my self-learning ability and information searching capability. From now on, I know how to teach myself something

totally unfamiliar and learn it independently and actively, rather than being passive learner in the classroom. Conclusion To conclude, I have learned much more about teamwork. It was not just about dividing the work among members, but also related to sharing what we have learned. The exchange of information fostered the development of design concept and broadened our horizons. Furthermore, I have enhanced my self-learning skills and information searching capability because

of terrace project. I was really pleased that I have participated in Herman Miller cooperative project which I believed brought me lifelong benefits. My experience so far in this project was grateful and appreciative of tutors and group mate efforts. I would like to say thank you to gangs and our tutor Sjoerd.

Chan Szeyu Cooperation project is a good experience for working a real project before the graduation. The project provides a chance for us to operate with other design faculty and we can learn with each other and discovering the process of meeting, designing, materialising and presenting. Our team has a good communication during the whole project, we will find a common room act as our office,

13073164d

which really help to increase the group spirit and solving the design problem together. In the project, my role is to think about the spatial design and the material schedule. Before design stage At the beginning of the project, we do not have any ideas on the terrace. Therefore, understanding the needs and requirements before the project start is important.

When we discus with client, they may not know what they want and therefore we need to question them as detail as possible. For example, we may not know how people habit in the office in daily times and we need to ask them what is their styles in office in order to design unique and reasonable activities in the terrace. On the other hand, site visit is an essential part of

a interior project as we need to measure and observe the site before we came out a good idea. Design process I learn how to work with other faculty during the process of designing the terrace. There are different point of views and focus for each design faculties. I think the link between interior and product design is the details for the construction. For example, when we design a furniture, the first thing that I will consider is how a furniture interact the space and we will come out a form and

product designer will focus more on the details, such as how they make and the gestures of people. I think the interesting point is how we complete the weakness of each other. Moreover, I also learnt how to digest the common of client and push up our design. We need to consider extra more than what client commented. For example, our design direction has a little different compare with what client said after the interim, so that we need to change and suggest a better design for them.

Implement of design I learn how to have a more complete preparation before we meet the client. When the design really need to apply, we need to consider what kind of material deserve a good quality and economic way. As an interior designer, choosing a good material to apply in our design is very important point. Finding a suitable material for our client is our job. We are not only a designer but also an accountant.

Presentation The layout and order of the presentation can make your design deliver well. We need to contemplate how client read our design and need to show our styles in the presentation. During the project, I think the challenge point is the time management. When we discus the design, we do not know how to stop. For example, we are still working on the design before the week of the real presentation. Instead, we need to prepare the presentation at that stage.

In conclude, Herman Miller office terrace project is a test before our design career. We start to understand how this world is working in my faculty. Good communication skills is very important as we need to deliver our concept well to our colleagues and client. Also, i think interior design industry are not limited the spatial design but more, like this project, product goes for the detail and graphics goes for the presentation, every department can be applied in the space.

Kwan SiuHei The Herman Miller’s terrace design project actually is my first choice for the most of the cooperation project. I chose this project for reasons, as Herman Miller is a really large-scale company with great reputation around the world. Therefore it will be really great if I can have a project that related to Herman Miller in my portfolio. That is what first came into my mind. The second reasons

I chose Herman Miller project, as it is a terrace design that related to its environment and furniture, so designing furniture for the terrace and understand the relationship between furniture and environment is what draws my interest. The other reason is the partner of the project, working with interior design team and also the communication design student is a kind of opportunities to learn for

15042069d

others as I wish to be an interior designer before I studied product design. Therefore, working with them, knowing about how they do things, learn from them is what I seeking for. At the beginning of the project, I think on the usage of the terrace very straightforward, it is all about problem solving stuff like what I did in product design. Study about

what kind of activities the user will do in the terrace, materials for outdoor usage. Giving them what they need, design a set of furniture that fit the activities that is what in my mind. However, things are totally different from the ways I am doing. After a few meeting and discussion, I found that there is one big element I missed in my design thinking, the environment. Considering about the environment is what I learn from the interior design teammates. The weather, the sunlight, the view, the zoning, spatial planning and the

flow of the user in the terrace, all this elements will affect the design and that is the way for interior designer to design the whole area.

from she, as our final terrace design have applied patterns on the floor to enhance the usage of the furniture in the terrace.

In the process of the project, I also learn things from the communication design. Super graphics is something new for me as I first hear it from seewhy, my communication design teammate. Knowing the graphics can help to lead the user to the correct direction that you expect them to do so. Besides super graphics, the proportion of the colour and pattern is the other things I learn

In this project, the biggest benefit for me is not the final outcome of the design, is what I learn in the process instead. After working with interior and communication design teammate, I learn some new skills and knowledge and the ways of their design thinking and also the most important is the friendship with them.

Lee LongYin In the beginning of the coop project select stage, Herman Miller was my favourite one. It is because, that is most interested type of the project topic. Since I study School of design, I am really interested have a design project with interior study. As my point of view, product design and interior design having a really close relationship. At the kick-starting of the project, the client brief was very open

and free, in the beginning of the project I did not really feel like I knew exactly what we had to do. Also some crucial information was missing or unclear in the brief: space using, definition of relaxing and target user. Till the first site visit, we had the meeting with the client and discuss with our target user. It was more clear for our design brief. At the same time, our team were quickly to

13089225d

build up our team sprit. All of us were quickly to take design process all of us have to show up and applying our professional and technique into this coop project. In the project I mostly responded in the technical part, because I was studying in engineering. Over all the whole project I was most enjoy in the brainstorming part, the reason is each of the different major students having a different

point of view on a object which is really inspiring, however that is the reason we spent lot of time in the communicate. On the other hand, there was a challenge, that is how to make a balance between concept and reality. In my point of view, the of the product design student is making the concept become a solid or become real. That were lot of the idea and concept in our project, as our

project have a limitation and criteria, we should arrow down in a one idea which is most suitable for our target user and client.

Leung KaWai, Eva From the first introduction of Herman Miller project from Sjoered Hoekstra and the mini brief before the project introduction, these motivated me to take this as the first one among all 13 cooperative projects. Designing a terrance with different discipline is one of the motivation as our design approach, thinking would be differ form discipline to discipline. Also, having a chance to integrate

furniture-space design solution is really excited me. Fortunately, this project become my past nine week cooperative project. In the commence of this project, we are briefed by Sjoered again to have a clear understanding of what we are going to conduct and finish in the following weeks. Also, we spared into two groups as we needed to design two terrance.

15036097d

As the client brief is relatively brief, we had a chance to ask them more about their needs and requirement in the first site visit to their new office in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong Island. After this visit, we had better understanding on their requirement, their behaviour and their office style. With a clear understandings, we drew out a outline and objective of our terrance design and planned a

working schedule which could clearly show what we are going to work on. In our group, we separated our work with researching different area and start thinking what is the solution for furniture-space design. Among our product design, my main role is discussing different solution and design, making prototype, dimensional drawing and so on. Since we divided our work among our team after the design solution discussed based on our strength, we were clear about what we had to work on.

This is one of the reason we work effectively as a team. Also, working with interior design and communication design, we would explain our design and ask each other about the work we had done. Also, in our group, we always worked together to discuss the design details, which we found that the difference between we, product design and interior design, as well as communication design. It is difficult for us in the beginnings, as we did not understand the approach and process taken for different discipline. However,

we soon get used to work as a team and divide our work clearly. However, sometimes is hard to discuss a solution when taking different criteria as priority. After discussing for a while, we realised how we making a balance between spacial and furniture design; and a movable furniture for extending the space came out. Modifying, discussing and refining our design made this exciting design out. Completing this challenging cooperative project, there are several insights gained as follow. Firstly, how to build up team

collaboration with various discipline was once a difficult aspect for me. In this team, we worked well as a team as we are pleased to share and teach other about our own professional. Hence, we had a better understanding on how other works and divided our work evenly. Great communication and labour division are building the collaboration up. Secondly, it opened my eye on different design approach with cooperation with interior design and communication design. It was first time for me to consider a furniture for a bigger scale in capacity and making relationship and rationale to

sustain in a designed spacial. Taking the spacial as a consideration was a difficult part for me in the idea generation stage, as I did not weight the spacial factor as high as this time before. This challenge also broaden my knowledge and design approach. Thirdly, my presentation skills including verbal and visual were improved. Before presentation, we discussed what should we talked about and explained once with each other. This pre-presentation preparation is great for us to review the content and practice our speech. Apart from the speaking,

visualisation skill is another ability improved working with other discipline. In organising our presentation, we need to work on a same design style fitting our design and balance between each of us. I found that some software skills and visualisation skills can help me to present better. In short, numerous benefits were obtained after this cooperation work, building up team collaboration, opening design opportunities and improved presentation skills. This project is a great and remarkable experience and memory for us.

It has been a good chance that we can share our design knowledge and skills to each other in this cooperation project, which I think our team love sharing ideas to each other and we had a positive working attitude, it made the collaboration between different departments were going smoothly in most of the design progress. Also, it was a valuable experience to work with client

under the guidance of tutor before graduation. Our team is form with four E&I students, three PRD students and one CD student, each of us have our own specialize design knowledge, style and most importantly we all have our own character. One of our challenge in this project is we need to work with each other to come up with a

design solution at the end, which the brainstorming and design process were going smoothly in our team, when we came across disagreement between different departments we tried to communicate using simple language foe example some words that we all understand in design context.

During the design process we have divided our tasks into different design streams which we found out that as a team we need to brainstorming first before we came out with an idea that all we agreed. The disagreement leaded us to a hard time which we could not find a common vision in our team, fortunately we patiently listened to each other’s opinions on different areas, also we had a regular meeting every week to discuss our process so that we came up with a nice idea that we all agreed therefore we were able to further develop on our project.

I think we need to improve the presentation method which we should spend more time to organize out thoughts and contents that we can show and talk smoothly in front of our client. We spent most of our time in design progress but we seemed forgot the importance of presentation. After interim presentation, we rearranged our schedule which we were more focusing on our final presentation but on the other hand we divided our work into different groups to use all manpower that we had to improve our weakness. To work as a team we had to work

together on the presentation because each person has his or her own way to talk, therefore we sit and work together in our final presentation which I personally think that we had an improvement in our presentation skill as a team in this project. In short, there are many benefits in this cooperative project, those valuable experience that I have learnt from working with my teammates, our client Herman Miller and also from our tutor Sjoerd who guided, supported and encouraged us in this project.

Tsai ChangYu It has been a challenging yet fruitful semester working on the Herman Miller cooperative project. The project has trained me in multiple aspects and I would like to evaluate my performance and improvement throughout the nine weeks in this reflection. In my opinions, our ability to collaborate smoothened the design process in a large extent.

The team is formed by four E&I students, three product design students and one communication design student whereas each of us is mastering unique design strategies, styles and most importantly the personalities. Despite the high personal abilities, tasks could never been accomplished without good cooperation skills. For instance, we have experienced dividing tasks

13068679d

regarding the design streams for the early “Slash concept as if a typical assembly line in factory. It sounded straight forward during the discussion on job division, however, we faced hard time soon. Some of us were unable to share common vision on the concept design causing unnecessary communication failure in the process. The inefficiency granted us a lesson about the importance

of teamwork. Fortunately, we adopted changes by organizing regular meeting discussing every critical design decisions altogether. It would be problematic to call a full participation meeting. However, we stayed proactive and were eager to contribute. The enthusiasm create favorable working environment which everyone shared a full picture of the development progress all the time. The act strengthened the bonding among our team by being able to receive immediate comments from fellows and being able to supplement the

presentation in case there were missing information to be explained. After the well-rounded training received in previous years, it became a valuable experience to work with client under the guidance of the tutor. To differentiate the client project with academic projects, it is more challenging without a doubt regarding the limitations and desire of clients. In our cooperative project, we were once developing different kinds of abstract concepts. Some of them

were considerable ideas yet have difficulties to meet budgets and technical limitations. I learnt how to have the project under control after the cooperative project. As I was once a self-blinded student escaping from limitation and self-satisfying with the preliminary concepts before, I spotted the value of being critical to our own design. “Staying humble for others comment would be beneficial to the project while being arrogant will lead to a dead end in our design journey. could be a summary of my personal reflection after experiencing the client project.

The aforementioned points were extracted from my observations and personal experience after the semester works. I am really grateful to have the team which enable me to understand my strengths and limitations as well as the tutor Sjoerd staying patience in spite of our sometimes immature jobs. I have taken my lesson from them and believe that could facilitate myself to be a satisfactory designer on my career in future.

Lung YinFei Venus Hello Gang! At the most beginning point, Herman Miller’s terrace project was amongst all the Co-op projects the most appealing to me, as all I wanted at that moment of choice was to have a good spatial project to be included in a portfolio. Up till now, I would look back to the past 2 months, very much grateful for meeting all enthusiatic teammates, it is definitely more than just a

project to put into a portfolio, but an experience to remark and remind myself what I have gained from the short yet fruitful times. First (and last) Client Meeting on Site Our client Herman Miller is a company that had a remarkable history and is still one of those giant companies till today. Before the first client meeting we had

13072052d

already so much imaginations on some gimmicks we could work on it. Nevertheless, they have requested for a simple terrace design, the brief was nothing more than any conventional stuff. Despite of the typical brief, energetic teammates have already been looking at some points around the site, and quickly raised any unknowns to be answered by

our client. This was the moment that I deeply realize things are going to be serious, teammates won’t let go on any chance to grasp hints from the first client meeting (and actually it was also the last! We visited the site only once!) I must first admit I am not very extrovert concerning client issues, I am rather timid facing new challenges at the first encounter.

It was the same case during my past internship experience. Our tutor Sjoerd has reminded us a few times on the rare chance to meet our client, so rather than to chicken out and stay silent, I have to force myself eliminating hesitations to inquire answers as much as possible. It was quite lucky that we had asked enough and even made some extra interviews on real users to justify the brief of the project.

Everyone else might not have observed my mini struggle during that short moment, but I actually trembled along the times communicating with our first met client. Strangely as with a slightly better language ability I was then also chosen to be the person responsible of representing my team to speak , and communicating with the client through emails (more trembles and goosebumps!).

Teamworking and Developing Gang Culture There was a very basic difficulty on us: we usually have time clashes on our schedules. The not-so-good solution was to have most of our discussions after evening till late night being scolded by securities, but that has eventually helped developed our hardworking and friendly gang culture, regardless of our very different styles of work at all the times as we don’t have time to waste on misunderstanding each other, anyway we are all producing for the best for our baby. It is well observed that we are very

willing to learn and accept on our differences (very grateful on this!), so at most times we are working at a team (gang!) style to come up with ideas like a huge brain composed of 8 minds. All the overnight work and late night discussions has definitely not been wasted, with a fruitful co-working experience to learn from peers and to reflect on myself. Our gang has been co-operating well: although at times we had some crooky paths, our gang has sucessfully overcame them gradually and yield wonderful

outcome, which the entire experience does worth relishing. It was really amazing to look at how far we have reached in such a short intensed time. We have quickly learnt about the differences of our professions, the ways to put our professions together, sometimes even learning from each other’s profession. For example, both products and communication design students would help to suggest ideas on spatial design, trying to think in our point of views with their own knowledge. During the times we

took breaks, we do often share among ourselves some insights from anything design. Undoubtly a very open and embracing type of discussions, I appreciated a lot on all the time we chat and discuss, just like the concept of our final design, a bracket to accept and embrace everyone. Crooky paths in the journey Throughout the process our kind tutor has also reminded us on the way that we could break down a problem within ourselves: either we divide workload among ourselves, or we vote to make final decisions raised by everyone.

This was actually the time we had some obstacles, when we are switching from a huge brain teamwork style back to working on our own portion as all of us are having tighter schedules. The differences among disciplines has resurfaced, and the time of compromising was really bitter. Sometimes I might have points that I have to object on my teammates. When I have little knowledge both on furniture design and spatial design, I could easily spot the failure points suggested by teammates. Yet, attacking them with too much

criticisms could make hard-feelings on them. We would become grunt and arrogant to each other when what lingers in our discussion was only criticisms and failures, while compromising on the wrong direction is also not beneficial to us. I worried a lot at this moment if my teammates would think I am bossy and dictatorial. Another most grateful point on the team, is the time when they have pay trust and patience on me. When I was attempting to lead the team (my teammate told me I was actually leading), to make

crucial decisions and changes on the design, they have trusted on my decisions and accepted on my persuasions. Teammates had also been very patient to listen to all my long passges of concerns, and give nutritious responses. This has strengthen myself with lots of confidence, rather than bossy proudness. It’s coming to an end! The crooky paths has actually continued till the finals, making many mini heart attacks. From all the obstacles from time management to

malcommunications, we have started to lag behind when final is approaching near. At the crucial last tutorial it was even more stressful for me, which I was actually too stress out and thus got the third attack of gastroenteritis in the week, and didn’t hear any comments and updates from fellow teammates. I was usually the person responsible to present ideas, listen, digest and spread comments from tutorials to making troubleshooting for everyone. It was a bit worrying when I couldn’t do that for teammates on the last chance tutorial. In a spark of a

thought, I realized it was actually only my insecurities which made me over stressed out - I should have trusted my teammates too! Endeavouring some endless nights of detailed work, just at the time before our presentation start, there was one heart attack on us: we heard murmurs from judges who have listened to our interim presentation, that they are thinking our best design option is actually totally not feasible and too literal in the way of design. I was so scared off, and spread what I heard to my teammates. I was thinking hard

in my mind how could I do some impromptu improvements on our presentation, while teammates were also doing the same getting anxious from the news. It was a very very touching moment when another optimistic teammate gave us with an encouraging grin of “cheer up!, reminding us on our hardwork and to trust ourselves. Magically, all of us including myself have presented more than smoothly, even more wonderful than our expectations on our abilities, and the overall reactions was like having a smile that is

spreaded throughout the room. Bye Gang! I must admit that I appreciate the team a lot, that it is the most hardworking, energetic and synergetic team working experience I ever had. We did not hesitate to express our ideas and put ideas onto harsh criticism, striving for the best solution out of our imaginable situations. I have learnt to trust others in team work environments, and it’s unforgettable to have embracing and accepting behaviour among us, with lots of laughters, like ( )

brackets, our baby from the Co-op project. It is hoped that the essence will have its same influence on our clients.
