Seniors, you have made us proud. You are unique for many reasons, but you have shown us how to weather adversity when it comes, face it, and that some of the greatest lessons learned have come from walking through hard things. You have made us laugh often, lifted us with your smiles, shared your worries and hopes, and prayed for us and with us this year. There is a song that is popular now with the lyric, “I see the evidence of your goodness all over my life. Why should I fear? The evidence is here.” The evidence of His faithfulness to this class is apparent to all that love them. Dream your dreams. Write them down and pray about them. Don’t let anyone tell you that you cannot do it. Have faith - always have faith. As you turn this page in your life now, it is time to put in the hard work to make your dreams happen. Psalm 91:1 says, “He who dwells in the shelter of the most high will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Find your shelter under His wings. He is faithful to His children.

Commencement exercises for the class of 2021 were held on Thursday, May 20, 2021, in Samford Gymnasium on the campus of Lee-Scott Academy. The class of 2021 boasted the following accomplishments: 30 of the 53 graduated with honors 11 students scored a 30 or higher on the ACT 50 graduated with an Advanced College Prep Diploma 41 have a GPA of 3.5 or higher 18 have a GPA of 4.0 or higher 1 NATIONAL MERIT Commended Student 85 total college credits earned through AP Courses Over 3,000 HOURS of community service Over $3 MILLION in scholarship offers
