a message from the DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS Dear Warrior Fans, The athletic department had a banner year in 2020-2021 despite the challenges faced because of COVID-19 and its impact on our student-athletes and program. Thank you to the parents, coaches, corporate sponsors, administration, faculty, and staff for their continued support of our student-athletes and our program. The Dr. Don Roberts Track and Field facility was resodded and the bleachers in Samford Gymnasium have been removed and new bleachers installed. The hitting facility for our baseball and softball teams was enclosed earlier this year providing an indoor space for these groups. These three capital projects will enhance these athletic facilities providing better practice and game day experiences for our student-athletes and fans. It is an exciting time to be a Warrior! Go Warriors!
