Dear Sir / Madam My name is Lee-Anne Johnson and I am writing to you on behalf of a group of small business women seeking your support for an upcoming event that we are staging in October 2012.

THE WOMEN’S LIFESTYLE EXPO AND GALA BALL The idea for the Women’s Lifestyle Expo was an expansion of my business the NQ Mumpreneurs Expos that I have run for the past 4 years. After talking with the local community and our exhibitors about activities and events for women in Townsville and Surrounding areas, we began to plan the Women’s Lifestyle Expo to celebrate and showcase the women of North QLD. To do this we are seeking the support via sponsorship from the Townsville business community so we can get this up and running and make it a successful annual event.

As a launch to the Expo we are holding a Gala Ball open to the general public. This will be a great night out with live entertainment, guest speakers and a silent auction.

We aim to make the event fun and informative and to show the women of Townsville what is available to them in the Townsville Region. The Venue in the city will provide a great backdrop for all of the great activities we will have on offer such as fashion shows, a beauty bar, seminars, health, fitness, family, financial exhibitors and so much more.

To get this event started we are seeking financial sponsorship from businesses such as yours. We would greatly appreciate any support for this event and we have put together some great sponsorship packages (attached that we can offer your business in return for the support of the Women’s Lifestyle Expo and Gala Ball.
