Formed by the brands Troll, Metalarte, Sagelux and Josfel, Luxiona is a group specialised in the development, manufacture and comercializacion of lighting solutions. It is based in Spain and has subsidiaries in France, Italy, Poland, Germany, Mexico, Peru, Chile and China, as well as three production factories in Europe and South America. We develop lighting solutions that not only serve to project light into a space, but do so in a way that perfectly suits the needs of the space and with the least possible impact on the environment. Terminal T1 of Barcelona Airport, Spain In collaboration with the The Artec3 lighting team we managed to harmonise a space in continuous conflict, which serves both as a waiting and a starting point, combining natural and artificial light, peaceful and chaotic in a matter of seconds. In this type of environment, the lighting solutions implemented in the terminal designed by the prestigious architect Ricardo Bofill RBTA (Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura), with a life span of over 60,000 hours, represent a great leap in efficiency, both from the energy and functional points of view. This is fundamental in an installation that receives 25 million passengers a year.

The COVID-19 disease has prompted us to develop a new range of germicidal UV-C disinfection products. range of UV-C This method of disinfection has been recommended by the WHO (World Health Organisation). The products in this UVC range are specially designed and manufactured to meet the technical and safety requirements of UV-C radiation. All of them comply with the indications of the UNE 0068* specification recently published by AENOR, in the drafting of which Luxiona has collaborated. * Safety requirements for UV-C devices used for air disinfection of premises and surfaces.

Direct radiation desinfection

Disinfection of air and surfaces by direct UV-C radiation. The germicidal action is produced by direct exposure to UV-C radiation. Characteristics: •• Short disinfection time. •• Eliminates unpleasant odours. •• Possibility of connecting several luminaires to a single programmer. •• Does not disinfect areas hidden from direct exposure. •• Immediate use of the space once the radiation has finished (no need to ventilate as in the case of the ozone disinfection system). •• May affect materials that are not resistant to UV-C radiation. (e.g. some types of polymers). •• Photobiological risk class RG3.

Features Modernistic architectural luminaie in shapes of popular geometrical figures and fashionable simple design. The luminarie is adjusted to be mounted on the ceiling or suspended. It is equipped with highly efficient LED light sources. Various options of luminous flux and colour temperature are available. The sides of the shade are made of thin-walled aluminium profile. In combination with a possibility of painting according to RAL palette, the luminaires allow to achieve a unique arrangement of various premises. The perfectly even surface-emitting is made of a material with avery good light transmittance factor and has good diffusion parameters. This luminary is aimed at premises/spaces/establishments of high stylistic requirements. It is perfect for hotel atrium lobbies/floyers, office receptions desks, architecture studios, conference or meetings rooms or and corridors in exclusive buildings as well as for theatres or modern shops in shopping centres. A luminaire with direct/indirect light distribution is also available. Features Flying Surface arises from the idea of creating light surfaces that give the feeling of being floating around in space. The main idea is to create a decorative false ceiling made of 600x600mm modulated specular aluminum louvers. Louvers can be 600x300, 300x600 and 300x300. Louvers are fixed with special profiles joined together by metal pieces and springs. The ceiling system allows you to create a real ceiling with lighting, air conditioning, sprinkler, fire alarm and smoke detectors.

Modular ceiling system

Luminaire of 2x24W T16 lamps. Made of stamped steel and aluminum, consists of a main black pressed steel frame. Two Optical system for each lamp. No direct light emission. All other support components are made of pressed steel plate painted in black. There are two versions of luminaire: adjustable DALI and DALI + emergency. The luminaire is installed on the roof PARALUM placing it, at the top of the roof.

Accent lighting modules

Made of black stamped steel. Zas Cube is installed on the PARALUM ceiling. Maximum of 4 luminaires per module. "The luminaire is mounted on the upper inner side of the ceiling, supported on the profiles by lateral brackets protruding from the luminaire. The module is fixed to the profile by means of clips on the underside. The ZAS CUBE series single-lamp models are installed in this module".

Made of specular aluminum has the same dimensions as the basic grid 600x600 mm. It has the same appearance but at the top is designed to facilitate the exit of the air conditioning. The diffuser plenum is at the top. The diffuser and plenum is not included.

PARALUM Support for Sprinkler and smoke detectors modules

Made of stamped steel and painted black. The modules support sprinkler and smoke detector installed in the ceiling PARALUM placing them at the top inside of the roof, supporting them in the profiles and fixed with screws.

PARALUM Support for emergency lighting modules

Black Stamped Steel support for emergency. Installed on the top of the PARALUM ceiling. There are two versions depending on whether you want to install the banner profiles, longitudinally or transversaly clip-in.

From the belief that many times less is more, Magnetick is designed as a minimalist lighting system to be integrated at indoor spaces where functionality and comfort are key elements. Produced with aluminium profiles (2mm wide), it adapts to spaces at hotels, stores, offices and even residential areas with an ease which is unusual for any other lighting element, creating either ambient or accent lighting, or both. This family's adaptability is not only defined by the lighting and visual effects it creates, but also by the physical dimension it is grabbed at, which allows built-in, surface/suspension (rectangular), suspended (circular) and suspended (Up&Down) profiles.

Magnetick

Magnetick is a minimalist lighting system to be integrated at indoor spaces. There are 4 different profile versions: - Built-in - Surface/suspension (rectangular) - Suspended (circular) - Suspended (Up&Down) They are all produced with black extruded aluminium cross-sections of 3m max., stocked with 48V electric circuits and limited to a current of 5.2A, 250W max. T-Tris installation is based on the standard three phase track rail and allows the lighting of specific areas of spaces while making products on display stand out thanks to the versatility and the range of elements the system may comprise. The recommended distance between fastenings is 1m. (see load diagram). The tracks are pre-drilled at the back, for fastening directly to the ceiling. Nevertheless, there is a wide range of optional fastenings.

Cutting electric tracks: 242 tracks are supplied in standard lengths which can be easily cut to the required length with a metal saw or circular saw. After cutting, the conduits must be bent to a 90° angle using piece 2441. The conduits must be measured and adjusted with the plastic calibrator at one end of piece 2441. The conduit elbows are at the correct distance from the end of the track when the plastic calibrator does not jut out, but is flush with the track end.

Fastening accessories Tracks 2420 and 2421 have a rib at the bottom which determines the position of the adaptor. In order to maintain continuity, some of the coupling elements between tracks, such as “L” and “T”, and connectors, must be selected bearing this in mind. The charts below, along with the attached table of example structures, provide help with selection.

Versatile Recessed Downlights Indoor

Versatile is a family of small size adjustable downlights. It comes in different lighting sources and combinable structures to get highly customized luminaires which adjust to each environment according to their necessities. The product is excellent for hospitality, domestic or office sectors. It is a very versatile product that will allow both to create minimalist general lighting systems and to complement technical lighting systems by creating light effects.

Features Downlight with die-cast aluminium body with a lens and reflector made of synthetic material. Latest generation LEDs and built-in remote electronic control gear.

Light engine The Versatile System allows both the use of GU10 lamps (max. 15W) and CoB LED motors (8W, 12 or 17W) made of aluminum.

The LED motors mount an interchangeable 36 ° lens. 15 °, 24 ° and 60 ° lenses available as accessories.

Frames The system is complemented by different frames that allow the personalization of the space: 1. Basic series, in square and circular format with customizable secondary reflector, made of plastic material. 2. Soft series, in square or circular format, both fixed and adjustable. Made of aluminum and steel. This series has a trimless circular version. 3. Pinhole series, made of aluminum, the installation frame is complemented with different accessories to generate different light effects.
