Interventions: "The Four Schools Project" and embedding Continuous Improvement methodology across schools, grade levels and classrooms countywide. Equity target: Improve reading proficiency by 3rd grade in the schools with the highest levels of poverty. Monitoring progress: Countywide data, based on year-end statewide assessments and not administered in 2020 due to the "COVID-pause," still serves as our baseline for monitoring progress.
