EMERGENCY FIRST AID AT WORK
THIS LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION COURSE WILL COVER THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A FIRST AIDER, FIRST AID KIT INFORMATION, CPR, RECOVERY POSITION, CHOKING, MINOR AND MAJOR BLEEDING, SHOCK, AND OTHER COMMON MEDICAL COMPLAINTS.

In this 2 hour session Bryony will introduce you to some simple yoga movements that will relax and unwind. It will also include a guided meditation to leave you calm and refocused. No experience necessary- complete beginners welcome!
