ESSAY. Explain in 100 words or less why you want to run for the position and the key points of your platform. I want to run for the position mainly because of my love for the organization. It's the kind of love that is not content with just enjoying the org activities and the company of the members but the kind of love that makes one want to give back. The gratitude of having found a good home and family in the organization is the main reason that I want to serve the organization. I saw that the position of being Secretary of Archives would be the perfect opportunity to maximize my skills and capabilities and be the best way to serve the organization.

Bite-Sized and Quick-Served Information Relay information regarding events and projects to members as soon as possible in the form of short, easy-to-digest messages. MAIN POINT 2:
Centralized File System Create a shared folder (possibly using Dropbox) of all LeaPs archives and documents including templates for letters and necessary forms. This also includes the creation of templates for letters and forms (e.g. project evaluation forms) to be used in projects and activities throughout the school year. This shared folder will be accessible to all officers and core team members of individual projects. MAIN POINT 3:
Transparency Inform members regarding the events that occur in each EB meeting through summaries of the meeting minutes which will then be posted in the facebook/yahoo group of the organization.
